Don't place pick up orders here.I placed a pick up order for pokemon cards here and wanted to cancel my order. They informed me that they had to process the order in order to refund. Apparently Gamestop's policy doesn't allow refunds on pokemon cards so then after processing I was stuck with the order I wanted to cancel.Either they lied or they don't know their own store policies.

I bought a used switch a couple days ago, the right joycon disconnects in handheld, the left joycon slides off the rail without me even holding the button, it disconnects from the dock while docked and the SD card slot doesn’t work, when I tried calling I didn’t get an answer. I understand GameStop sells used products but make sure they’re at least in decent condition, I’m highly disappointed. For $280 I’d have at least expected them to make sure everything worked correctly.Edit for others, there’s a disc traders not too far from river town I’ve been to countless times, you’re better off going there, their used products have always been in really good condition.
