Called them and was put on hold for 10 mins, called again, and was put on hold again. Then I heard an employee in the background chatting with another employee. So I called again, and I heard them pick up the phone and hang up. REAL PROFESSIONAL. I know game stop isn't a busy store nowadays because of online shopping, so if you don't have a minute to answer a question, then you shouldn't be working at all. No wonder y'all are gonna shut down in a year or two from the lack of sales y'all make :)

They close early than what's advertised on the store. I guess you can make up your own hours at game stop, sign me up!

Awesome store! The employee was great, very helpful and pointed out the way so we could get our hands on the new games we were looking for. So if you are by the mall but don't want to get stuck in line or ignored by the employees busy with the volume of customers they striggle with, look no further! We left happy and didn't have to wait forever to buy a few games!

My friends and I had an amazing experience tonight buying Nintendo switches. Not only was the employee working Eddie profoundly knowledgable on the subject, he was unbelievably kind. I will be returning and I suggest everyone else does as well!

The employee was very rude. We arrived there at 7 pm tonight. Was asked if there were any more cars in the parking lot because they were closing soon and that we had to hurry. The site and door says 9, so that was very confusing. With that my husband was looking for a controller for the first original Xbox. He had a controller and asked if it would work, the employee said yes. When we got home it wasn't for it, it was for the normal now xbox systems. So very disappointed, ended up going to dics traders and got great strive with the right controller.

We went in to buy a ps4 guys said tonus we got a deal going on right now 170 for the slim. There was also a posted sign with deal on it. He grabbed it and then came up and said oops sorry that deal is expired. There was another sign where if you spend an amout you save that was also expired. They would not give us either deal even know it was posted.
