“Solid gaming shop with options for both games and trading cards. Majority of employees are super kind & helpful with the exception of one who consistently acts like a jerk. Have noticed this across multiple visits. Work on your customer service man, it’s not hard to be kind to people that consistently spend money at your shop.”

So if you are by the mall but don't want to get stuck in line or ignored by the employees busy with the volume of customers they striggle with, look no further! I recently was quoted a better price by another store on a PS5, and they honored that quote, even though the other person was wrong. Never had a poor experience at this location, other than them occasionally being closed due to being short-staffed.”
“Oh my gosh - I should say OH MY JOSH!!!! Josh at the Guest Service desk was SO AWESOME on the evening of 7/13/24 an hour before closing. He warmly welcomed us as we entered the store and helped us for the final hour before closing with the huge task of doing individual price adjustments on dozens of items that were now on 20% off through tonight only. I appreciate his time, patience, energy and positive attitude. He stayed focused and was kind with a smile.
