Tony, Brandi, and Ethan took care of me by finding what I was looking for. Each of them have great customer service and communication skills! They are helpful and care about their customers! “Had a wonderful service/experience with two regular staff members and a customer service manager. We had an order that was sent incorrectly to our house, we were sent the wrong product. After figuring out how to do the refund, they then match the black Friday price for the correct sweater. 100% recommend going to this location.”
“My daughter got sick today at Macy's, she threw up three times, twice was on the carpet. She felt awful and was so embarrassed. We found an employee to tell and both of the gentleman that helped were phenomenal. I was blown away by how kind and understanding they were. Top notch, I wish I'd have gotten their names but it was just a bit stressful. However whoever you are, working today (6/10/24) around 2pm thank you so much. I told my daughter we'd have to come back and shop here because it was such a nice experience even though it was not a nice moment in our day.”
“Meijer is a nice big box store that isn't Walmart. They aren't without their own set of societal sins, but they don't move in and destroy communities. They tend to kick back into the places they open their stores. They also tend to not carry the cheapest-available, toxic products, as well, so they have that going for them. If you have to go big box, this is a reasonable middle ground, IMO.”
“I was surprised that Walmart was not too busy at the time I visited here. I usually go to Walmart for specific items which cost less at other grocery stores. It is all about getting in, quickly selecting your items and using the scan and go while saving some money.”
“Oh my gosh - I should say OH MY JOSH!!!! Josh at the Guest Service desk was SO AWESOME on the evening of 7/13/24 an hour before closing. He warmly welcomed us as we entered the store and helped us for the final hour before closing with the huge task of doing individual price adjustments on dozens of items that were now on 20% off through tonight only. I appreciate his time, patience, energy and positive attitude. He stayed focused and was kind with a smile. “I got there to pay on my credit card as they were locking the door at 8:00. I got a little snippy with the lady as I had had a long, bad day. She decided to let me pay and had the cashier turn her cash register back on. Was I ever grateful for the cashier and for Denise who let me in.”
“Are there any workers except 5 cashiers at the front? Anyways, there’s litteraly nothing you can go wrong with this place. Suits, casual attire, shoes, swimwear, sportswear, etc… very great for back to school shopping or many you just want to get your significant other a suit or a dress.”
