Would give 000 stars if i could. I pay 60 dollars a year for this kind of punishment. #1 the parking lot coming off wilson is horrible. #2 Rude patrons and rude employees. Dread going there every time, hoping my vehicle wasnt hit when i come out.

Costco is a great place to get fresh fruits and vegetables as well as staples. Bakery goods are wonderful. I love to stock up on soup staples. Great deals on toilet paper and dog food.

I have been a frequent visitor of Costco and this visit exceeded my expectations. We came for our yearly vision test and were pleased with the examination. The staff in eye class department was able to locate the same glasses that that I had purchased the year before even though they were not on display.

Told me and my doctors office “they have no idea what that medication is and have never heard of it before.”You can find Costco-accepted-coupons, online, specifically for this medication…

Lately they've stationed an employee to match photo on the card with the person shopping, specially at self checkout. This location does not seem to have the membership they hoped to, so they think irritating the ones they have might help. Maybe they're hoping that every member of my 6 member family will pay for a membership. And buy their supersized items for the whole town. Aren't people who check out items paying for it? What's your problem Costco Grandville? Cut this crap and pass the cost savings onto me. Kalamazoo, Kentwood, Northville, Bloomfield Hills don't do this insulting nonsense. I've put in request for specific products in the suggestion box and they've not bothered to add it to the shelf. So I end up going to other Costco stores. Christmas is here - Make sure Santa has a dozen membership cards!

Husband tried to pick up a prescription at 1:48 PM on a Saturday and said the pharmacy was closed because there wasn't a pharmacist on duty...? They're supposed to be open until 6. We should be able to pick up a prescription that's already filled; you don't need a pharmacist for that. We don't exactly live super close so this was a major inconvenience. We ended up transferring the prescription to the Walgreens near or house even though it costs a little bit more.

Well sad to say that after todays experience I am Not happy with Costco (this location!). Tried to return an item that was not opened and bought yesterday and the lady (short blonde hair named Jess) said I couldn't return it because they can't reshelf it due to being a bakery item, that it was "trash for them". Frankly this is not the first time I have heard this particular person (Jess) was rude and not following Costco's return policy!! I have heard many others say the same thing! Listen I'm sorry you (Jess) don't want to allow an unopened item to be returned because you will have to trash it but that's not what your policy states! You (Jess) don't get to pick and choose what customers get to return, especially on unopened not expired items!!!!! DO BETTER WYOMING/GRANDVILLE COSTCO! Jess needs to have some professional training!

Great Selection with the best prices. High quality items, and I’ve never been dissatisfied. Store employees are fast, efficient, and kind. I love shopping at Costco.

Always at least a thirty minute wait to get to the window then the pharm tech seems annoyed that people are at her window. Never notified when prescriptions are full despite signing up for both text and email alerts.

Insurance told me Costco pharmacy had the best price for my prescription. I called here and asked to transfer my prescription and was told NO. “It would take too much time so we don’t do that here” were her words. I later checked and that is not even Costco policy they should be able to transfer any prescription. Don’t expect them to even do the bare minimum at this location

My in store experience has been good so far. We are new members. I called and spoke to a lady today and I was very kind to her yet she answered and gave all these excuses to put me on hold almost like she didn't want to deal with me. I patiently waited only for her to be rude and short with me on the phone. I continued to be calm and kind. I could tell she didn't want to look into my question about a picnic table. When I said thank you for your help she responded with yup bye and instantly hung up!! I've worked the whole pandemic and I understand but to be so rude to someone is not right!!

When I first walked in I had two things on my mind, cinnamon rolls, and churros so I first walked to the bakery section, no cinnamon rolls. So I went to the freezer area to see if they had cinnamon rolls over there, no Cinnamon rolls. So I called it a day to went to we're they sell there food. I pulled put some cash went to the cashier and asked for a churro. Apparently they don't take cash AND they weren't selling churros. And there ruffles sample only had 3 chips in it.
