“My husband and I recently bought a house and it needed immediate carpet replacement. We shopped around to some big box flooring options as well as a couple of local businesses. The customer service at West River Flooring was far superior to any place we had been. They were helpful and not pushy at all. Their prices were similar, but they had many more options of carpet in the shade we were searching for. We took a few samples home to visualize the carpet in each room. What really sealed the deal for us was the timing. They were able to get our carpet replaced weeks before any other company. The 1200sq ft of bedrooms and living rooms we had done (carpet/old pad removal + installation of new pad and carpet) took about 5-6 hours. Overall very positive experience with West River Flooring.
