I called this location with concerns about my machine and was lucky enough to get Jessica who took my call. She took the time to help troubleshoot my issue. She also was very helpful in ordering supplies for myself and my husband, which I had been forgetting to do, as well as updating our records. The representative who assisted me was very kind and helpful. Although on my way out, I smiled at one of the representatives sitting down and said “have a good day” to which she responded unpleasantly “mhmm” with a very cold and impersonal glare. I’m glad I wasn’t helped by her. I do hope she has a better morning. This by no means is a reflection of the establishment. Thank you for the help!

So grateful for the helpfulness of this team! I kept getting the runaround from another provider, and I just wanted to clear answer, and this team was able to finally help me. So grateful for their service, and the kindness with which I was treated. I had not been back here since 2005, and I am pleasantly surprised to say that things have only improved.Location is sort of all by itself in a strip mall right now but still easily accessible on 28th street.

Jeff was great to work with in getting my son his wheelchair. He guided us through the ordering process giving us his advice along the way, and had everything ready and walked us through the mechanics of the chair until we were comfortable when we picked it up.

Thank you to all the wonderful people who worked together diligently to help me find a wheelchair for my mom as her previous one needed a lot of work. Dee, Dawn and Tracy went above and beyond and Steve gave honest feedback about her former wheelchair. I put my mom in it and she said it felt great. We could tell staff really cared! Thank you!!!

I’ve worked with Care Linc for a few years now and then yesterday closely with my handicap son. Jeff from Carelinc (Grandville MI) made the appt. run smoothly, efficiently, and worked with us on the fitting of my son’s new chair in a kind and caring way.
