We have been waiting at the gun counter for almost 3 hours watching the chatter of these employees like old women at a tea. "Training" one of them but all 3 are literally tied at the hip. One customer every 45 min. Do better.

We were just here to pick up a gun we bought online. We waited for over an hour to be helped at the gun counter. There were probably 10 other people waiting as well. There were 3 employees helping ONE customer, which just seemed unnecessary. Not a great experience.

When in there to get an 18650 battery for a flashlight out of 6 employees not a single one even knew what that was & kept trying to send me to the energizer batteries. None of them even tried to help

I think the prices are higher than other options and the selection of footwear and clothing for women is limited and all looks like old people clothes.

We love it here! The dogs are in heaven here as are we. All of the staff are so excited to see pups and offer treats, if you are looking for something particular the staff always has so much knowledge on it. Thank you for being such a welcoming store for furry friends.

Absolutely great customer service! Dave did an awesome job helping me figure out what trolling motor was best for my boat. Even found one through their online ordering that was on sale. Got a great motor at a great price and they delivered it right to my house two days later. Then went over to the rods and reels. I'm going fishing for sturgeon and didn't have any equipment for catching fish of that size. Bob spent over an hour showing me many different rods and reels and fully explained the pros and cons of each. In the end I got two great rods and reels and for a great price. They even strung both of my reels for free. Hats off to both Dave and Bob for taking all the time needed to make this customer very happy and well equipped. You guys are the best!!!
