Brett did an amazing job finding us a home in this crazy hot housing market. He was knowledgeable and educated in tactics to increase our chances in winning a bid with out putting us at risk or uncomfortable situations. He was flexible and readily available. It took us almost a year to find "our home" and he never gave up on us and remained patient throughout the process. Brett listened to our wants and needs and never pushed anything on us or showed us houses our of our price range. Truly happy with the Outcome. Brett was awesome to work with for buying a house.When we started working with Brett we had just been using another Realtor that didn't have the drive to go where we needed to go. We were difficult customers for any realtor because our search radius was essentially 1 hour from our current home, we didn't have a specific school district or area in mind. This meant that we found houses that met our criteria all the way from Kalamazoo, Rockford, Muskegon, and Grand Ledge. Brett was up for the challenge and still maintained a level of enthusiasm even after we had submitted our 10th offer.After the closing was done and he didn't have to help he still maintained contact and helped with some post-close issues with the home.I would highly recommend him!
