My experience over the last 5-6 years at Borgman Ford has been a very positive one. I just leased my third car- a 2023 Ford Escape Active. My Sales Rep for all three leases was Matt Cameron. Matt knows that I need this car to get around town and to and from my part time job so I don't need a lot of extras and the price is everything for me. Matt manages to find the right car every time. The whole process is easy and fast. I'd recommend Borgman Ford to anyone looking for a new lease car.

I went to Borgman Ford dealership after I had a terrible experience at a different car dealership when I bought a faulty used car. At Borgman Ford I met with Brandon Wojtaszek who was knowledgeable, friendly and committed to helping me find a nice reliable car. Brandon showed me a few cars and allowed me to test drive them, until I finally decided on a 2016 Hyundai Tuscon. The rotors needed to be changed and Brandon made sure to organize a convenient time for me to have the work done whilst providing me with a loan car for the day. The whole process of purchasing my car was stress free and I couldn't be happier with my new car. Brandon Wojtaszek was a pleasure to work with. He was always helpful and courteous, and he wanted to make sure that I was happy and confident with my new car. I would absolutely recommend working with Brandon when purchasing your car. If you are looking for a reliable new or used car, I would highly recommend Borgman Ford dealership. My experience with Borgman Ford has been amazing!!

Stopped in last week for the first time!Just to get a hard engine cover under my car. Came outside on my lunch break to see my cover Practically laying on the ground! I tried unscrewing the rest of the bolts with my hands.Which i did! & that should not have been possible!Real amatuer work!!!!For me paying 130$

I really wanted to give them a chance to make things right before going all Karen in the reviews. As a professional female, whose specialty is not cars, I was dismissed and taken advantage of. Bought a used 2020 Escape Hybrid in June '23 and regret it.-First, I asked our salesperson if there were any open recalls on the car and he said verbatim " we wouldn't sell a car with open recalls on it." Well there is a recall with no known fixes (engine failure and fire risk). When I came back the next day to talk about the recalls, he was dismissive and acted annoyed._ I took it in twice within a week or two of purchase because the vehicle keeps going into "deep sleep mode" to save battery. I looked up the issue in the Ford Forums and told them I need a new 12 Volt battery. Again, I was dismissed and all they did was update the software and told me that was all that was needed, even though I insisted it needed a battery (and why wasn't the battery checked before selling the car?) I was stranded at work with a car whose battery was so dead I had to manually unlock the car by dismantling the key fob. Had to buy a new battery.-The salesman who sold me the car literally kicked the tires and said "good tires" when trying to sell it to us, well bought 4 new tires this weekend because the tires were in fact not good.-The front seats are so uncomfortable from the heated seat wires sticking up (feels like a constant wedgie). There is a known service bulletin from Ford about this, but again I was dismissed and told "they couldn't find anything."-The sunshade on the moonroof does not close (button doesn't work)-The driver's side mirror button doesn't work so I have to manually adjust the mirror.-The chrome on the window roll up/down buttons are coming off (driver's side).I suspect this car was a lease turn in that was turned around too soon and not actually inspected. The fact that the previous owners lip-gloss, hair accessories, and personal information was all left in the car, leaves me to wonder if the car was ever inspected before re-selling. All of the above occurred within the first 4 months of vehicle purchase.When I contacted the used-car manager (Pete) to see about exchanging the vehicle within the return window, I was highly discouraged to do so.

Needed an oil change and tire rotation. Didn’t have an appointment but they got me right in. The service writer (Amber?) was very helpful, and kept me posted on the progress. The total price was competitive.Pleased with this first visit.Oh…If the (. ) Service people are going to talk to people as if they should have know that this was (. ) Service and “Ford Service is right over there where it says ‘service’” pointing as if I was 12 years old…So, if you need Ford Service, it’s on the left where all the vehicles are. Not the one on the right where… just stay left.

I’ve purchased multiple vehicles from Skip here. With the chip shortage it took longer than I would have liked but skip was very communicative and helpful the whole way. I’ve found the service department to be consistently helpful and honest. I didn’t have the same experience at a different ford dealer in town that rhymes with box. If you need a new or used car give Skip a call.

Had my work sedan serviced at Borgman Ford only to have it returned to me with a dirty boot print on my driver side rear seat and similar boot debris on the floor mat. After having to call the service department 3 times with no return phone call to obtain the status for the vehicle in for repair, this was HIGHLY disappointing and very unprofessional. If you value the cleanliness of your vehicle, I would not recommend servicing your vehicle at this dealership. Sorry for the poor review Borgman but your service techs need to do far better for your customers than they did for me.

From 2013 - 2023, I've purchased and leased about 12 personal and business vehicles from Borgman. I've found them to always be professional, no-nonsense, and always willing to work with us on any issues or problems we've had. They have been true to their word and never pushy to deal with. This goes back all the way to the ****s when my Dad also purchased 2 cars from 'The Home of the Red Coats'. They remain my recommended dealership for all things **** or Mazda (have purchased both from them, new and used).

I have been dealing with Borgman Ford, and Bernie Lenau, for many years and many leased vehicles. This was my first purchase. All of my experiences with Borgman have been positive, and Bernie has been amazing to work with. Both Bernie and Borgman in general always go that extra mile for me, and I don’t hesitate to recommend them.
