I went their today for help on picking a hat. Not only did I not get any help. The workers was on their phones. And when I looked or at them, they said something to each other. Then turned around and stayed on their phones as I walked out.

Pretty wide selection of boot brands although the women's sections are tiny. And if it's not cowboy boots it's a jumbled mess and dusty. RIP my sinuses.

My son needed a cowboy hat for camp. His father took him to the store to pick one out. The hat he wanted was not available in his size. The woman helping him told them they could order the size smaller and that the store could stretch it to fit him.
The hat comes in, I go pick it up. At this point I didn’t know it needed to be stretched, so I take the hat back to the store with my son so they can make it the correct size. When we arrived I informed the man that the hat needed to be stretched. He never asked how big or had my son try it on. He tells me it would take about ten minutes and we would be all set. He put the hat back in the box and says “you’re all set!” I say, “shouldn’t he try it on?”. Still too small. So they take the hat to stretch it over night. I thought it strange the man did not ask how big the hat needed to be. So I call the store to make sure they know it needs to be a full size bigger.
Next day I go in with my son to pick up the hat. Still doesn’t fit. The woman helping us tells me that they usually can’t stretch a hat a full size bigger. Ok, so I ask to return the hat and purchase a more expensive hat that is the correct size. When I get home I realized they did not return the original hat for the correct price and I paid extra on top of the price difference.
The purchase of the smaller hat, that could be stretched was the suggestion of the store associate. The fact the male didn’t ask or even try to make sure he was stretching the hat to the correct size is upsetting. Then I was charged more money after purchasing a more expensive hat!
Incredibly not happy with the store, and will be going back for a 4th time to hopefully speak with a store manager about this terrible experience!

This is an Amazing store to go to. Very well put together and very clean amd great displays. Some prices are a little high but some prices were great comparing to other stores. I will deffinately shop here more in the future

Poor customer service. I had I think 3 employees walk by me and not a single one asked if I needed help or even acknowledged me. Not even the employee that I walked by near the register as I headed out the door empty-handed. As a trades worker that replaces boots often and doesn't shop for boots on a budget i am disappointed. I also pay for my employees boots once a year without a limit on what they spend. None of us will be buying boots here.

First time here today. 2/17/24.What a selection of Western apparel. The customer service was incredible. Mary was very helpful to me today. Not pushy, asking questions as to what I may be interested in, showing me items that were marked on clearance & checked the back room multiple times for certain items for me.I’ll certainly return.
