Welll I had an appointment for 115 never got back until 1:45 pm finally got back in a chair , and Ben just came and look at me didn't say anything about how more minutes or anything . Not very friendly today

Absolutely the best nail experience I have ever had. I came from out of town and was looking for a quick fill, I got that and so much more. Excellent customer service, top of the line nail service. I would recommend this nail salon to friends and family over and over again. I hope to be back here again.

They did a good job overall. The initial price of things are reasonable until you start getting polished. The fact that everything is shellac at this point should not be a question. Shellac should be included not $10 extra smh. Ripping people off with that! Greed is a real thing, and takes away from the talent.

i will always always always recommend and hype up bliss nail bar because every single time i've gotten my nails done there they have given me exactly what i wanted with ZERO mistakes, i used to get my nails done consistently a few years ago and pretty much only went to bliss but stopped because i wanted to try doing my nails at home, but decided recently to get acrylics again because ive been missing them so i went back to bliss tonight and again, im completely obsessed like usual! the service is unmatched, the talent is unmatched and i don't think i could ever trust a nail salon as much as i trust this one

I should have listened to the reviews! Staff was kind and did book me a correction...for in 3 days. My nails were shit so got them taken off somewhere else. They were crusty and busted. Basic nothing fancy set took three hours to end up that way. So now I have to go back in and sit for who knows how long and for what result I will get after Valentine's Day which is what I was getting them done for. Just really frustrated.

They use illegal products that contain mma and should be shut down i got mold on my finger nail and when i went to home based nail tech to get it off and it took 45 minutes to an hour. not to mention they re use nail files, drill bits, dont disinfect tools, the nail tray looked diabolical.

I've visited this salon a few times now over the last year. The first time I was excited for a birthday set and had been following the nail tech on IG for almost a year. I don't consider myself a nail girlie as I don't regularly go to nail salons. I do press ons when I want nails. I wasn't sure what I wanted so I sent photos to the nail tech to see if they could suggest any designs once I arrived at my appointment. I got no response. Upon arrival the salon was clean and organized. The tech wasn't of any assistance recommending any designs and instead stepped away telling me to think of a design. When I let them know I'd been following their work and wanted to get something cool for my birthday they said I'd have to request a "content appointment" for those designs. How would I know that information as a new client? Once I decided on a design the artist made it seem like it was less than amusing. Needless to say I no longer follow them. Fast forward a year (3 weeks ago), I decided to try again with a different nail tech. I needed a fill and showed a photo of a set I found on Pinterest. They did a great job shaping my nails. However, I could tell the artist was noticeably annoyed with the design as it progressed after my nail kept bumping things and they had to fix it. Compared to the photo, it could've been better. Most recently, I received another fill with a different nail tech. I attempted to make conversation and let them know I don't get my nails done regularly and it seems like some artists won't do designs unless your acrylic nails are a certain length. I also let them know I have a hard time deciding on a design. They proceeded to tell me if I'm not a nail girlie I should just be myself or become a regular so techs will know what designs I like. So I shouldn't blame anyone for not being able to make suggestions because they don't know me. Needless to say I don't see myself returning. Why would I become a regular when nobody has provided a great experience to make me want to come back? Not impressed.

I was referred here by another customer and thank god! Jaz does the best work ever, she is patient, precise and kind. I have gone here for 3 months now and more impressed each time. I drive from Grand Rapids and it's worth it!

Honestly the tech I had was nice. I could tell what I was asking for was very simple compared to what he normally does. But when I got home I realized he didn't remove fully the nail Polish I had on my nails before so it left a completely different color around some of the edges. He then didn't give me the shape or length that I asked for. When I said I work with kids so I would to keep them on the short side he stated "f*** those kids" then laughed. He also pulled out his vape and was vaping as I was getting my nails done. Online it states that sets are $25 i was then charged for $70. When emailing the owner he stated he doesn't have a website and refused to give me a refund. I haven't gotten my nails done in a very long time and decided to treat myself after an extremely hard week. Then to walk out with nails that could have been much better and the price that is advertised online.

Well I've been getting nails done for over 20 + Years, never have I ever received such shitted nails. I had to go somewhere else the next day to have them fix there was bumps everywhere. They were not even even it was probably the most horrible nails I've ever ever had done.. They were referred by someone, I work at a bank and I get compliments on my nails every day and believe me I will be telling everyone not to go to Bliss nails !! I had to completely get them redone because they kept popping off like they were press on nails.
