I do not apply make up often so I was a bit out of my depth choosing makeup as a bridesmaid. Autumn helped me choose a foundation that fit my skin tone, went over concealer options, and found a great shade of lip stick. Overall a great store with nice employees.

Always a fan of the workshops at Ulta Beauty. I get to have one on one time with the professionals to create a salon worthy style at home. Mikayla and Christian were very attentive to my hair care needs. Having fine hair is tough at home when trying to style. From today I was given curling iron 101, the watch technique, how to use dry volume texture tease at the crown. Very happy with today and all the information learned. Highly recommend!

Bought the wrong shade of foundation since my usual was discontinued. Autumn was very kind and wonderful and took great care to help shade match me and made sure I didn't miss my free samples that came with my purchase. Thank you, sweet gal!

Maybe I was just there on an "off" day but I got there 2 hours after open and left 2 hours later. When I arrived and when I left all of the cleaning stations for samples were empty and covered in residual makeup/had not been stocked or cleaned. Meaning anyone using a tester product is not doing so hygienically at all Sunday (maybe Saturday too depending on when they ran out??) There's no tissues, makeup remover, alcohol etc. All of those stations were empty and covered in residual makeup. So how are people being "safe" when using testers? Ew germy?Employees were standing around sampling products themselves complaining about being bored because the store was slow. Cashiers and salon seemed very busy and hard working. Girls on the floor seemed uninterested in working. My stylist in the salon was so kind and patient with me. She was the only one working the salon, and I was upset when someone told her she missed a phone call and needed to pay better attention to the phones. (She wasn't upset at all but I was upset for her) You have 7 employees standing around doing nothing that they should be. Maybe have one of them supplement/fill in for salon phones while the stylist is with a client? She had a client after me too, so it's not like she has time to spare. I get that might not be their jobs to-do but when you have that many people standing around, not cleaning or assisting clients, seems like a good use of labor to have them assist the salon. Just seems like management lacks the executive functions to delegate tasks and get things done. Management should better delegate tasks to evenly spread a workload and ensure their store is sanitary and well stocked. I wanted to sample other colors of things myself but after seeing the sanitation stations empty.... I don't trust the products =( who knows who used it without sanitizing and now the whole product is unsanitary. I would have bought more items too but was too nervous to test something that's probably unsanitary.I want to return to this store again in the future and I hope to see it in better condition. Otherwise I will go to another location or Sephora. Not a great first impression unfortunately.Thank you to the salon employees! You guys were awesome!

Christian is the absolute best at this store. I’m surprised he isn’t a manager! He’s so knowledgeable about every product, he dresses so well, he’s super nice, and he does An AMAZING job at the salon chair. Highly recommend booking with him or searching for him if you have any questions!

Sharon at the front desk was so helpful ! I couldn't find a product and she politely called an employee in the back and they had it to the front from the back storage within 2 minutes. They were kind and helpful. Store was also clean and organized, stocked nicely. Will definitely be returning !
