“These guys are awesome! They offer free rotation when you buy tires there. I called them and they had me in in an hour and literally had the rotation done in 15 minutes. I could tell by the phone calls they were getting that they were slammed as well and they still managed to get me in and out of there. Great guys! Highly recommend!”

“Brought my Jeep in with no appointment to get a noise checked out. Never been here before & Dave was so friendly and helpful. He knew right away what the noise was, checked it out to be sure and looked up the parts and labor for me. He quoted me at worst a fairly large price for how he could fix it, but told me another possible option would be check out his friend at MufflerMan down the road. They were able to do a much simpler fix for me. Dave not only saved me from possibly having a $1500 fix to instead a $300 fix, but was honest with me the whole time and didn’t take advantage of my scenario that I don’t have much knowledge in. Definitely would recommend M&T for their honesty and integrity!”

Wife's Tahoe got a flat the day before Thanksgiving. Big object jammed into the tread. Holiday plans about to derail. Got turned away at another shop. Ended up at Parker Brake—never been there before.
They were slammed. Took us anyway. Thought I was buying new tires. Hundreds of dollars. Instead, they patched it. $50. Back on the road in time for family.
What stood out: they didn't upsell when they could've. They fixed what needed fixing and got us moving. Communication was solid—phone, text, email. Knew exactly what was happening and when we'd be done.
This is the kind of place you remember when you actually need help, not just routine maintenance. Thanks for not letting us miss Thanksgiving.”

“I wanted to take the time to write about my experience shopping for a new vehicle at the Baker Auto Grandville location. Overall, I had a great experience! My salesperson, Maria, was very helpful and attentive throughout the entire process. Unfortunately, my equinox was found to have a leak, but the Baker team addressed this issue completely and efficiently. You must always be proactive when purchasing a new vehicle, and I was impressed at how committed Baker Auto Grandville is to providing their customers with quality service and vehicles. I wanted to also mention, Bri from the service center was also very friendly and knowledgeable! My experience with the service center has led me to decide that I will be coming here for all service needs of my new 2016 equinox.
Ultimately, communication of BOTH parties is key when purchasing a new vehicle, so I would take some of those negative reviews with a grain of salt.

I let him know my situation & the fact that I’m from out of town, and he did his best to get my oil change taken care of between other appointments. He really didn’t have to since he was booked pretty solid for tire changes, but after I explained the situation he totally took care us since we were leaving town. He is a five star technician!”
