I went into Zales looking for a new wedding ring for my husband and myself. Kayla, was my jewelry consultant and she provided excellent customer service she was friendly and very knowledgeable. Jeri, the manger was also very helpful and friendly.

Con artist I paid my balance in full over $2000 5/14/24 they sent me a bill saying I paid my balance in full 5/19/24 then another the next month (that I didn’t receive saying I was a day late and owed $42) then another the following month I did receive saying I owed $82 I will never shop with Zales again and highly recommend my friends and family not to as well

It is ALWAYS a pleasure going in to see Jeri the store manager and her girls. She is beyond knowledgeable and keeps it straight with you when it comes to your jewelry and maintenance! Everyone is so attentive and makes you feel like fam there! I dropped my rings off for resizing with ease and am eager for their return!

The staff are very friendly and Gerry (? on the spelling) the store manager was super helpful and so nice. I needed my wedding ring inspected and sized after covid then I couldn't get it off. Got it off and I'm back on track. Love this place!!
