Honestly they're going to lie to you or hide information. They give you hand me down equipment, charge you when they say they won't. Xfinity is a horribly unethical service. They have absolutely dismal customer service who are rude and never listen. Absolute zero as "company"

The worst. Shitty service. Shitty equipment. Shitty customer service. Shitty lies that they'll resolve your issues when in reality they'll just waste your time and ask you how your day was. A very shitty company doing nothing good for mankind.

Shitty service. Don't attempt to do anything over the phone, you just go around in circles with an automated machine because that's how xfinity values your time and appreciation of being a customer. I'd recommend getting wifi from some place else before going to xfinity

I had to go drop off and pick up new Equipment. Customer Service Rep was fast ,very polite , explained everything and was very patient.Great Customer Service experience ! ?

Terrible WiFi (even when paying for higher speeds) and terrible customer service. I purchased two pods to improve coverage, but instructions don't work with the app (which doesn't have the menu options you're supposed to use to set up the pods). I've called customer service twice. They just out me on hold and text me the same standard instructions (after I've just told them they don't work). Unbelievable.***After scheduling a tech visit, which ended up being a no show, I called back to reschedule. I was told that the visit had never been scheduled, and that in order to schedule a visit I'd have to pay $400. This is seriously the most frustrating company I've ever had to deal with. If you're looking for poor service with lots of talk and no action, go with these absolute zeros. FCC complaint filed.

Wasted over an hour and a half of my Saturday waiting in the store for someone to help fix my phone. Complete waste of time. When I put my name on the list there maybe 5 others waiting in the store at the time. The thing that annoyed me the most is they failed to tell me when I first arrived that they were booked all day with appointments and it would be at least a couple hours before they could get to me. Left after that.

The service rep or as he called himself "The Supervisor" he was a heavy built Black American male, was very rude and argumentative with me about exchanging a WiFi modem for one with a back up battery that he told me they don't have any never had. Which was not true. I had talked to a rep and supervisor over the phone the day before and told me to take it to one of the stores and just swap it no problem no extra charges. The store rep tells me I had to pay extra when I knew I didn't. He treated me very rudely in front of a lot customers in the store . He never apologized to me knowing he was wrong. I'll go back there but will not deal with him. He need more training on the products a d customer service.

Long lines, understaffed, overworked employees. I went there as a last resort after not being able to contact someone to complete an installation of Wi-Fi in my home. As for me, I changed Wireless providers it's worth it to pay a few dollars more and actually be able to reach a representative to resolve any challenges.

Zack was an amazing person, he help my father and I get a better internet plan, setup automatic pay and showed us how set up our new modem. awesome employee.

I was scammed by a representative here. They lied about the service that was provided and then raised my bill more than was agreed upon. Then they offered nothing to fix the mistake. I wouldn't trust anyone from this store or this company. They openly commit fraud on their customers.

The incompetence of this company is systemic in nature. From the unreliability of their services to the ineptness of their customer service associates; Comcast Xfinity is truly one of the worst companies I've have ever dealt with as a consumer.
