I spent 45 minutes today picking out the right wood for my project, only to be told they couldn't cut it, because it was wider than 10". Totally ridiculous! Went home empty handed.

I’ve really had the best experience at this store. I’ve visited a half dozen times over the last year. They have a great selection- and the staff is nice and helpful. This last time- a lady helped me- I came in about a half hour before close. I have to drive an hour to get there- and traffic isn’t always kind. She helped me get the right coating_ and introduced me to carbide tools.I appreciate being treated well- and I love my new hobby. No amount of online shopping can replace when you get from visiting a brick and mortar store with knowledgeable staff that love the hobby.Within the first few days - I’ve already sold 2 pens, and the lady wants 3 more. Thank you for the amazing experience
