βI love thrift shopping, so while I was in the area for a disc golf tournament at Brewer Park, I searched for thrift stores in Grand Rapids. Elevated caught my eye with its intriguing name, and it did not disappoint. The place is much bigger than I expected, and everything is thoughtfully arranged. I had a fantastic time exploringβit's a true thrifting adventure with just the right mix of quirky items like creepy baby dolls, disco balls, books, and offerings from local vendors. I'll definitely be back with my thrifting friend the next time we're in town for a disc golf tournament. I found some great pieces at good prices that I'm excited to refurbish.

βAhh! Words cannot express how thankful I am for Bella Bridesmaids and Alex!They set me up with a βvirtual showroomβ to have my girls check our styles and dresses I liked prior to trying on. From there, we had a blast trying on different styles and designers at every price point. Alex truly understood my vision of having different but similar dresses for each bridesmaid. She was so accommodating with answering silly questions and helping me envision how it would all look when it was put together. Purchasing was SO easy from the virtual showroom.Seriously, such a great experience during a somewhat stressful time!Aside from the great service, the store itself if gorgeous and has SO. MANY. She is genuinely passionate about caring for those who have been affected by human trafficking and making sure every item is ethically sourced. βDrove by the store for 2 years and decided to go in today. Definitely a high end clothier. Riv is an excellent personal shopper and stylist so make sure to ask for him when you are here. Great selection of Italian and USA made items as well as accessories for your wardrobe. Though we didn't end up buying the $6000 suit, we did find the pants, slacks and sport coats needed to take our style to the next level. In house tailoring is available to get the perfect fit. Only looked on the men's side today so I will report back with info on the women's area next time.β

βI am a true 3x. I went in today after eating Maru and getting some LaBon. I bought the cutest, most supportive, and softest sports bra from her today. I was a little nervous to take my kid in with me but there are chairs with books & he loves to read. I will for sure be back and I hope more plus size items will be restocked soon. Very cute store, especially if you work in a school. The clearance is dope as well.β
βIβm so glad we have a store like this in our community. I had a great conversation with Marta when I stopped in yesterday and bought a super comfy organic cotton cardigan. This store represents the mindset shift that is so desperately needed around clothes, for our health, for the planet, and for workersβ rights. Clothing is an investment that should be chosen carefully and made to last using natural materials and planet-conscious production methods. Garment workers around the world have been abused for far too long, being paid so little for their skill and labor and working in unsafe conditions. We all bear responsibility for changing this and I believe we can do it. βWe came here and we were really pushing it for time, we got there right at closing and they were kind enough to let us still look around. They didn't have the size jeans I was looking for ,but they were very helpful none the less.β

βLovely thrift store with unique vintage finds! My mom and I dropped in while visiting Grand Rapids for the first time and Jodi was so welcoming (even gave us a few solid suggestions for lunch/dinner around town). I snagged a pair of 90s Levi's for a fair price and loved the selection of wool sweaters and t-shirts too.β

βReally cute place, small but had great items, bought a couple dresses quite unlike any of my other dresses. Great prices, great selection, great staff. My only thing is the mannequin by the changing room makes it hard to close the curtain without a gap.β

βNot a very large Nordstrom Rack, so definitely lacking in variety of brands and options. But mostly well organized and managed. No wait at checkout which was a plus so good to see they are well staffed compared to others.β
βVery cute shop. Went in on a recommendation from another mom and teen duo. Traveling in the area and stopped inβboth my teenage daughter and I enjoyed the selection. Very friendly staff, nice array of items. Love shopping small and female and minority owned.β
βShopping for a birthday present, looking for a daypack, didnβt find one here but they had some really nice clothes. I will probably come back early fall as they had some nice fall shirts that I liked. Nice selection!β

βUnfortunately I find that items are overpriced compared to other consignment shops in the area and there are no returns which is unfortunate considering other consignments do offer returns. On my last visit I found a dress with the original tag still on, the original store had marked it on sale with a sale price of $55 and urban exchange was asking $104.Itβs a bummer that folks are asked to set beverages down while shopping, not a great customer experience especially when located a few doors down from a local cafe and I love to sip while I brows.β
