After the manager was at the location and placed the dumpster, it was at the location for 2 weeks. I then get a message saying they're canceling our service because its unsafe. Instead of calling and discussing the matter and finding a resolution they immediately canceled our service. Once we are able to get thru and talk to someone the first response was well that's what the driver said was it was unsafe and they are not going over to of the driver. Then we called again to try to talk to someone else, (account manager) who was previously at the location and we can never get thru, we were finally directed to the route manager. They told us the driver said it was unsafe to back onto a main road, however, that was his choice as he has plenty of room to turn around. We also asked if the dumpster could be moved for easier access and to allow for even more room to turn around. He said we had to take pictures and send them which we did and was responded with it still won't work. So either they dont want to service the area or the driver cant pull up to a dumpster back up and turn around and if that's the case maybe they need to re evaluate there drivers. There is nothing in the way of the driver that would prevent him from safely turning around once the dumpster was moved, or they pick and choose who they want to service. It was also a biweekly pick up so it wasn't putting that much effort into doing the pick up! Be prepared that they will cancel you without a call notifying you and just say its canceled without even contacting you prior to canceling your account or finding a resolution!
