Here is a $125 cut board used only once. Don’t bother on trying a return as probably will tell me it is normal wear. Only one time used and it’s all looking trash. Never imagined expending that much money will give me that bad product.

I made a special trip to Woodland Mall tonight as was was planning to purchase SMEG toaster and wanted to see it and support local retail. The sales assistant ripped open the inside packaging rather than lifting the corner to give me a tiny view of the finish and then tried to jam the packaging back in roughly and incorrectly. Wanting some product information before purchasing I asked what were the attributes of this appliance that made it cost over $200. Rather than give me any information relating to style, materials, warranty, durability etc. she snarkily replied that all their merchandise has a high price point . I have no problem with this price and in fact had made the trip to Woodland solely to buy it but I left without the toaster due to her rudeness and poor customer service.

I went into the Woodland store for the second time looking at the Delonghi Eletta Explore espresso machine. I wanted another demonstration of the cold brew and cold foam drink. The kind lady helping me out knew nothing of the machine, her ability really turned me off. But what’s the kicker here is the return policy. This lady could have been the best salesperson I’ve ever met, the return policy alone will make it so I never walk into that store again.She tells me that the item can be returned , but only Unused. So essentially, if I get this 2K dollar item home, run an espresso or two thru it, and realize for whatever reason I don’t like it, I would NOT be able to bring it back.WOWI’m very happy that I did my due diligence in asking more detailed questions. If you read the return policy online it says nothing about returning items in unused condition.I tried out a Breville espresso machine from Best Buy, and after a week of use and trial and error, I realized this one was not for me and I was able to return it no questions asked.So, beware, and go deep in the questions if you’re looking at an expensive product in this store.

You would be better off shopping online at the brand that your looking for, prices here are definitely high. You can go to All Clads site and purchase what you want cheaper and no shipping. They also have a 2nds site and prices are really inexpensive.Other problems here, it is one of the dirtier stores in Woodland, they had a bad issue with mice in the store, maybe they finally took care of the issue. They rarely sweep or mop the store floor as well.

Staff was helpful getting the item I wanted. Unfortunately their website quantity was wrong and I had to switch to a different item. That's on me for last minute Christmas shopping.

Specifically went in asking about the color of le creuset they had on the shelf. I asked if they could tell me the name of the color. The female employee was apprehensive about helping me and never really got back to me about the color. I waited around for 20 minutes and finally had a flag her down. She never did get me the color. She said she didn't know. Was trying to match a set My friend had for Christmas...

Not a review specific to this location - but recently made a purchase online of an item that would be delivered in 3-5 days, however it was IMMEDIATELY on backorder and ultimately delayed the delivery by an extended period. It is clear that the company was aware this item was not and would not be ready to ship and that the company blatantly communicated incorrect information that would obviously impact a buyers decision as it is a product offered by several retailers.Even then, no effort was made to expedite the delivery process once it did become available to ship (after it should have already been delivered in the 3-5 day window). For a company that wants to claim to provide a premium experience, their practice is clearly far from that.

I recently visited Williams Sonoma and unfortunately, I had a less than pleasant experience. While I appreciate attentive customer service, the staff member who attended to me was overly so, to the point of being intrusive.From the moment I entered the store, I felt like I was being watched and followed. The staff member was constantly hovering around me, offering unsolicited advice and recommendations. It felt more like surveillance than assistance.I understand the importance of providing excellent customer service, but there is a fine line between being helpful and being intrusive. I believe the staff at Williams Sonoma need to be trained to understand this difference.I hope my feedback is taken into consideration as I have always enjoyed shopping at Williams Sonoma in the past. However, this recent experience has left me feeling annoyed and hesitant to return.

I was really disappointed with my service today. My wife and I own a nespresso machine and this place has one of the newer models with a milk frother. I asked a few questions to a really nice worker and she offered to show me a demonstration. As she started to grab the milk from the fridge her manager/supervisor stopped her (white haired lady with glasses). She then looked a bit flustered and approached me and said they were all out of milk after I watched her grab it from the fridge. She lied straight to my face and I could tell she felt horrible. I just wanted to see how well the machine frothed, but I guess they had other ideas. Very disappointed.

I ordered two dutch ovens, received confirmation and never shipped. When I called, was told they did not know why they never shipped and now out of stock. But i could spend $100 more per oven and reorder. I ordered new from Smithey Ironware

Helpful staff. Very high end merchandise that is extremely pricey. Some items are worth every penny and others are overpriced. Enjoyable shopping experience.

I went in because according to their wrbsite, they had a lame and pizza perl. They did not have the lame, but my daughter and I were treated so poorly that we walked out and will not be back. The clerk had a snooty attitude, correcting my pronunciation and then pronounced things exactly as I did. I am an extremely experienced baker and she "assumed" I was not as she proceeded to lecture me on baking and suggesting wrbsites for me to check out. I was extremely offended.
