We needed a mechanic last minute and we found them, they were able to help us at an earlier date than most other mechanics around the area, we booked appointments as early as the next few days. So far we've taken two cars and had them fix it! the prices were great and we will most definitely make this our place to go to.

Great place as a women with very little knowledge on cars I find it hard to trust mechanics but the staff was very helpful and friendly and the pricing seemed very fair for my service compared to what I’ve been charged in the past at other places will definitely be using them in the future

Very helpful and friendly. I have been a customer for about 6yrs now. I go to them when I need my tires worked on or replaced. Recently had an oil change there as well. Usually change myself but I rounded the drain plug and couldn’t get loose. No problem for them though.

Very friendly, I had a drill bit stuck in my tire and needed a repair ASAP. Even though it was close to closing. They did the work and had me in and out in less than 10 minutes. I definitely recommend them.

I had a tire that was going flat every couple hours. Called a bunch of places before calling Westside Service and I wish that would of been my first call. He got me in 15 minutes from the time I called and very reasonably priced. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

We came in with a flat tire an hour before closing. In less than 10 minutes we had a patch and the tire was back on the car for less than $30, and all with really friendly service! Would absolutely recommend.

I have used West Side Service for almost 25 years and I'm happy to tell you what a great place to get your auto repaired. Last week my wouldn't start and I called my auto emergency for help. Sam came and tried to start my car with no luck. I decided to have it towed to West Side Service and as Sam was trying to load it some rust fell off the underside. I told him to tow it over to WSS and let Mary take a look. Within 20 minutes I got a call from Mary saying the undercarriage was so rusted that they'd never get it on the hoist. In the meantime, Sam said he'd take it to his place and Mary told him No! She knew I had personal items that I'd want to get out of the car and Sam told her I could come get them at his business which was stupid because he's on 32nd Street. She immediately called me while he was standing there and told me what he wanted to do. I told her no way and she told him no, again, while she was on the phone with me. She said she didn't trust him and he was up to something. That was good enough for me and I told her to do whatever she thought best. He did leave without my car and when she called me back she said if I could get her my title she'd call a couple of scrap places and get it sold. My son got all my stuff out and left my title. She called later to tell me she not only sold it but got one place to up the price by $25.00. This is why I love and trust this place. They always do the right thing by their customers. I had no reservations about letting Mary handling selling my car because she and her employees are so honest. She took all my worries into consideration and at 73, I never gave any of it a second thought. If you're looking for a trustworthy service for your car....go to West Side Service.
