Every single time I receive an email stating my script is ready for pick up coincidentally there's nothing ready under my name once I drive to the store. They are incredibly rude and adamant even though I show them my email from Walgreen.

Walgreens on Plainfield has horrible pharmacy service. My husband had pink eye really bad so we went to the pharmacy drive thru 4 times. Every time they Told us it would be ready in a hour. Then each time they never filled the proscription. Waiting all day for them to play games and be extremely rude to us.

Great help by friendly pharmacists, always plenty of employees in the store to help me find things, answer my questions and assist me in printing photos.
