Edit in response: Templated social media response. I already spoke with multiple people. The solution is close your account and choose a better bank. Not a joke of a bank like this one.After 20+ years I need to re-apply for a new account from scratch with a hard credit pull to replace a 20 year old one because you're closing for all cardholders of that card type with no option to transfer the line of credit.Terrible customer service. Fees have gone up, services down since the merger. They cancelled a 20 year credit card and told me to re-apply with a different one. Wouldn't transfer line because they stopped offering the card after merging, after raising the rates that had been fixed for 20 years. Avoid, avoid, avoid. This is Wells Fargo Jr or Bank of American customer service levels.

Great people and attitudes .............only problem needs attention is anything needing to be done requires them to run a credit check and that hurts your credit score......I'm not sure if they understand that or do they really even care. You open an account credit hit, apply for a loan credit hit, apply for credit card, credit hit. ....Once you are in their ecosystem they should have enough information on you to make great decisions. IE. AMERICAN EXPRESS, once you are in, you never have to worry about them doing a hard inquiry on your credit. Ijs

You would think a small credit union like this would have great customer service. They won't cash a money order at their own credit union issued from themy. Service socks. Way better credit unions and banks.
