Amazing a car salesman that is inconsiderate and doesn't respect your time .Had an appointment to see a car and when I arrived the car was sold a couple days ago without even a message or call .

I bought a vehicle from here and they were so nice and understanding. They gave me a really good price. Shortly after i had gotten a flat tire and they offered to help me for free. They replaced 2 of my tires for free and made sure everything else was good on it for me. When i went to pick it up they had brushed the snow and ice off of my car and had it warmed and ready. Highly recommend going there for your next vehicle purchase!

I went there today with my husband to look at a car. Right away I was greeted and helped, best experience I’ve ever had going to look at a car. Ended up leaving with the perfect car. I would recommend checking out West Michigan Motors.

I’ve had my vehicle for less than a month and I have already had to put hundreds of dollars into fixing it. Now I am broke. Do not go here.

The ad(which was in the "by owner" section of craigslist) said the Mazda 6 I bought a few weeks ago had good everything. Tires are 9 years old and cracking. Headliner is falling off. Car had a bad O2 sensor the moment I got 100yards from their lot. Rear calipers were frozen. Rear engine mount is shot. They "topped" off the oil before I left, which overfilled the system and caused the valve gaskets to fail. There is rust hidden in a few odd areas and, the car also has a funky smell at times, which make me wonder if its a flood damage car.
Most of these issues were down-played/hidden by the detailing.
The few things I did catch before I bought the car, the seller said he could get parts for 50% off. Which should have tipped me off that he was a little shady, as I worked at both Napa and Orielly stores and the most I ever discounted was 20% for a fire department.
Edit: After 5k miles, the power steering pump is whining, the tie rod ends are shot, car has a "lifter tick" transmission syncros are going bad, catalytic converter is clogged, a couple of heater/coolant hoses burst and a few vacuum lines needed replacing.
I cant completely blame them for these issues, but the detailing hid a lot of the issues/made the car look well taken care of.

So after speaking to one of their associates we drove over 1.5 hours to their location. The car we went to see was pending sale without our knowledge. Upon looking at another car, they started the price was 8500, online they had it listed at 6900. When we inspected it the tint was badly peeling, clearly it had been in an accident, the mirror was broken, the front fender piece was loose, the trunk wouldn't open and they couldn't figure out how to open it. We took it on a test drive still. It shook on the highway, breaks and rotors needed to be replaced, pieces were missing from the inside of the car. We went back to talk to them and they wanted to show us a receipt from the auction, we paid this... not my problem. They repeatedly said this was a five star establishment. I highly disagree.

Like another reviewer stated. This dealer posts craigslist ads for their cars in the wrong category (for sale by owner) and lies through their teeth about it. Way to give a bad first impression when trying to do business.
