I love this place, I've gone here for years! All the staff has been super kind and my cats have always had high anxiety so the staff is always extra gentle and make sure they are both well taken care of. The prices are always very reasonable and even medicine is far cheaper usually than I expect I will be coming here with my pets for years to come, definitely!

Ok, this is the first time I've ever reviewed on Yelp. Dr. Lempke was 100% the best. I discovered PRAC in 06. Loved them. Recent years??? Not so much. From the way my 4 lb old dogs euthanasia was botched In.Front.Of.Me. to the butt covering when we had the discussion of the inept and brusque tech that performed that horror. In any case, very senior dog I needed to ease out of kept me there. Today? $1000s later (2006 again), I was late, my fault, for my appt in the spanking new $$$$$$$$$$$ facility and got turned away. 30 minute drive. All about the $, butt covering, horror of a euthanasia, yep. Saying it straight. Big Fat F

I was very happy with my experience at the clinic even though they are strictly curbside right now a technician came to my car and asked me all their questions that they had about my cat before taking her in the doctor called me twice from inside the clinic so that I could make an informed decision about what to do with my pet everyone was very kind considerate and understanding and affordable

We've been clients for a couple years and our dog has some allergy issues and diet sensitivity. Every time I reach out to them I get a sense of annoyance. It's certainly not my favorite thing that my dog has consistent breakouts and odd behavior that I prefer to consult with her vet...so I don't expect them to be super happy when I call with questions every few months but a little courtesy goes a long way. Especially since this is my first dog so I'm lacking experience. They don't seem interested in helping much. Today I let them know that money is a little tight this week but I thought it wise to start a regular dose of her allergy med. They gave me double what I needed (twice the cost) and didn't seem to care when I called to inquire if I could bring it back. Just shrugged it off like oh now you have two months worth. That's great but I couldn't afford that right now. This was the last grievance, going to switch. Easy pet care sure I'd recommend them but if you have a more complicated pet, look elsewhere.

I thought my appointment was at noon, but realized my dog needed to be there at 9 for said appointment, after the fact. Was very overwhelmed as I booked this appointment out a month ago, and totally my fault. Plymouth was still able to take him despite my mistake, and make sure he was comfortable. These people really go above and beyond. I highly recommend them.

I love this place! They treat my babies like they are theirs, not just saying that. They are amazing and my animals have seen multiple doctors and Vet techs, all have been super nice and so so caring.

Had a SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT but due to COVID I had to call from car and was immediately put on hold--for over 19 minutes--and then my call was dropped. When I called back I was put into voice mail again. Never did get my appointment. I understand things are different due to COVID but how about having a staff member greet the cars--your clients--and let them know they are checked in.

Plymouth Road Animal Clinic is by far the best. I had a stressful month with my cat Quinn and they helped me tremendously. I called at least once a day and everyone was so nice and helpful. Dr. Moyet always called me back the same day to answer any questions and give advice. Their prices are reasonable and they will never try to up sell you on anything. I can’t say enough good things about this vet office. Keep up the good work. I will continue to recommend this office to all my friends with pets. Quinn appreciates all you’ve done (and so does her mama)
