Purchase a pair of readers from Walgreens on Northland drive.About 3 months ago a screw came out.I went back to Walgreens to exchange for a different pair and the manager would not approve the return. Poor customer service. the pharmacy also has poor service.this happens when hired a kid for manager. Go to family fare across the road fast friendly service

This is for the store on BELTINE AND PLAINFIELD ave, in Plainfield township-The store is managed by incompetent people.I’ve been using this Walgreens for 33 years‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️. UNTIL I WAS LITERALLY KICKED OUT!I purchased photos and the girl handed me the photos then walked away. I asked her why she didn’t ring me up and with a snotty attitude said that she would. I told her nevermind and tried to find the manager. She apparently found him before I did with a totally different story and I tried telling him what happened. He cut me off and said I’m being disruptive then TOLD ME TO LEAVE THE STORE!!!!I called the corporate office and no one from corporate called me back.I WILL NEVER SHOP AT A STORE THAT DISRESPECTS THEIR CUSTOMERS. I’M 66 years old and have never been treated this horrible. CUSTOMERS DO NOT MATTER AT THE WALGREENS ON BELTINE AND PLAINFIELD. GRAND RAPIDS.I HAVE TOLD ALL MY FRIENDS TO STAY AWAY FROM SHOPPING IN THAT STORE.THAT MANAGER SHOULD BE FIRED‼️‼️‼️‼️

Good pharmacy but employees could benefit from standardized training to help avoid mindless mishaps such as stapling through credit cards.

Had a very positive post Christmas holiday experience. The pharmacist went above and beyond to help fill a prescription for my son and was proactive in calling me back even though he was very busy. Thank you!

AVOID!!! THIS Walgreens location. Very busy by proximity only. Told over the phone script would be ready in an hour. When arrive was then told they didn't have the medication and it wouldn't be available for two days because the had to order. Pharmacist on duty didn't engage me. You have choices. Have your medical professionals send your script some where else.

About 1 out of 3 trips here ends with a bad experience, and they've made errors filling my prescriptions. Staff is hit and miss - some are nice and helpful but others treat customers like nuisances to be dealt with. Poorly managed.

WHAT THE HELL HAPPENED TO CUSTOMER SERVICE AT THIS STORE????I came in to pick up 3 dozen pictures. Went to the counter and finally some young girl showed up and didn't say a thing so I said I'm here to pick up pictures. She finds them and hands then to me and starts walking away. Still no smile and no words. I asked "so you can't ring them up for me?"she mumbled something and looked at me with the most disgusting face and still I have no idea what she said and I said "ok I'll pay for them up front at that cash register. I immediately asked for a manager but first I paid for the pics. By the time I reached ADAM the assistant manager he got a different story. I tried telling him how rude this girl was and she was put out by me asking her to ring the pics up and he started TALKING OVER ME!!!!!!I spoke louder to finish my sentence When he - EVEN MUCH LOUDER TOLD ME I WAS OUT OF CONTROL AND CAUSING A SCENE!!! OMG !!! I talked back in his same volume and said I am NOT OUT OF CONTROL I wanted to complain about a rude clerk!HE THEN SAID IN A VERY LOUD VOICE IN FRONT OF CUSTOMERS AND HIS COWORKER TO LEAVE THE STORE !!!!!!!WHAT THE HELL IS GOING ON?????I'm 65 years old and these are people in their 20 and 30's talking to me the customer in the most disrespectful humiliating way! AND TO LEAVE THE STORE!!!!! I called the store manager when I got home and literally got treated the exact same way. He would not listen to me and said that the store clerks and managers can kick out anyone who is causing a scene and they are taught that !!!!!!!I ended up calling the regional manager and filed a complaint. They said it takes up to 10 days to hear back. I will NEVER EVER STEP FOOT INTO WALGREENS ON EAST BELTLINE AGAIN. I WILL TELL ALL MY FRIENDS AND FAMILY ABOUT THIS EXPERIENCE TODAY. THIS IS THE NEW GENERATION OF STORE CLERKS AND MANAGERS. TOTALLY OUT OF CONTROL, AND RUDE AND THE CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT DOESN'T APPLY IN THIS STORE. WHO KNOWS MAYBE ALL WALGREENS HAVE STOOPED TO THIS LEVEL OF LOW!!!!!!!

Great deals and a wide selection of goods. The staff is always super helpful knowledgeable about what is in the store and where things are located. You can get basically anything here from makeup, health products, food, alcohol, perceptions, and even get photos developed or a passport photo taken. They also have a great program through several insurance companies where approved healthy snacks and OTC items can be bought for free with the insurance benefit.

For being such a big pharmacy chain, you think they would have it together. But I honestly don’t understand how they can be the ONLY pharmacy that is not open during lunch, and I just went to pick up a script in the afternoon and they have a sign up ‘NO PhARmacist on duty, sorry you can’t get your script today.’ Get it together corporate!!! This is not acceptable! I need my prescription!!! :( time to find another pharmacy!

Janet the night time manager has horrible customer service skills and is very rude! Just looking at the reviews you can see this location is one of the worst to visit! They should learn to do their job! Customers come first in this industry!
