All I will say is this - Make sure you know what YOU'RE talking about when going to the pharmacy for whatever reason, because I am not positive that the staff does... (pharmacist included**) Ask them to double check things in their system. I am very glad I did after being told opposite instructions regarding insurance coverage before even checking themselves. Just my two cents.

I hate leaving 1 star reviews. I’m 100% disabled veteran and am covered for prescription medications. I have a brand new ID from the VA. Shania, one of the staff members in the pharmacy, told me the VA’s Department Of Defense number was WRONG. And the ID from the VA IS WRONG. That blows my mind how a major chain pharmacy is unable to figure out how to work with the VA(the worlds largest distributor of prescription medication). If you’re a VETERAN and are counting on your medication being at no charge send it to a different pharmacy and save yourself the time. Unforgivable.

For my first two vaccines I had a younger pharmacist who was really sweet and good at his job and was very gentle and took his time giving me my vaccines. I went in yesterday for my last shot and had an older pharmacist who was very arrogant and admitted to using the wrong gauge of needle to administer my vaccine and as a result my arm is in a great deal of pain today when all of this could of been avoided if he read the directions on how to administer the vaccine and took his time on it. I was very disappointed in him and would have much rather had the younger guy administering my shots again I believe the younger guys name is Nick.

The cashier was on a personal call thru our whole transaction, messed up the transaction. My daughter went and purchased her items at the other register and waited for me by the door. When leaving, that same cashier accused her of stealing. The store doesn't even give receipts anymore so couldn't provide, the other cashier had to vouch. Horrible experience.. Will NEVER return

I feel like this Walgreens has been forgotten when it comes to any aesthetic updates or staffing. The pharmacy hours are often changing because of understaffing, the store is often dirty, and the staff are very obviously unhappy— the turnover is insane. I don’t know if this is a franchise or corporate, but dang, whoever is in charge at the top really needs to get their act together.

They changed their pharmacy hours but it doesn't say that they're only open until 6pm on the automated call ypu get letting you know your script is ready... it says they're open until 9pm on the call. I went there after work just to see its closed. Pretty annoying.

This is the worst and most unreliable Walgreens in town and it has nothing to do with the staff beyond the people making decisions.Management removed contact barriers long before regulations were lifted, refused to protect employees by enforcing mask mandates even after they didn't have to and were regularly seen without masks. This location also failed to keep vaccines available for the majority of the time they were needed. They have now begun shutting the building down for hours at a time and blaming staffing issues.Of course no one wants to work at a location quite literally known as the "Ghetto Walgreens".They can't keep staff because it's not a good place to work and higher ups apparently won't step down to do the work to keep a LITERAL PHARMACY OPEN DURING A PANDEMIC.That's not why I find them unreliable though. This is the second time I have gone to pick up my prescriptions in an emergency and not been able to get them because they simply decided.....to not be there during the posted hours.I was hit by a vehicle as a pedestrian yesterday and was trying to pick up my pain medication for my pelvic contusion. Now I have to contact the hospital to send it to a real pharmacy instead of this booze and candy cellar. This location literally serves no purpose to this neighborhood if it literally does not serve the neighborhood. It's almost always closed now. Or at least you can bet that it will be at some point during scheduled business hours when you're trying to fill your prescription.

Rude pharmacy employees. They have two signs, one for vaccine check-ins and one for pharmacy pick up, however apparently only one line can be used. So be there for a vaccine I was waiting in the vaccine line only to be told I had to wait behind everyone waiting for a pharmacy pick up. When I asked why there was even a specific sign all the pharmacist had to say “ I don’t know, there just is”. Definitely my last time using walgreen for anything when I can be talked to like a child for following the signs.
