Pharmacy needs help. Not friendly. Slow. Don’t know what they are doing. No management. Just moved from Wyoming. The store on Burlingame was great! They said this was a good store. Not seeing it. Line out the door. So far 3 out of 4 girls aloof.
Omg! I just left. Almost to my car. They forgot my other prescription really!! Now back in line. Same un- friendly people.

I showed up for an appointment for a Covid shot that I had scheduled three days prior. After having me fill out the paperwork and wait, I was told that I was going to have to go to CVS because “they had no way of billing it“. I am not sure why I was able to, keep this appointment scheduled if that was going to be a problem without ever being notified. Thank you for wasting my time.

This location has consistently printed off centered photos/cropped too much to one side. It does not match what is shown on the app or even on the order photo slip that comes with them. In this order it is cropped too much on the left on photo #1 and photo #2 the bottom is cropped too much. I have in the past gone back to the app and re-ordered my photo thinking the issue must have been on my end, nope.

Pharmacist (male) extremely rude and terrible customer service. Express prescription for post-op took them 3 hours to fill and the pharmacist was extremely rude. This is the worst pharmacy in town-- the wait is always extremely long and this specific male pharmacists should reconsider his day job if he doesn't understand customer service.

Walgreens is participating in the incredibly dangerous business of dispensing the abortion pill. This means little to no medical oversight and a 4 times higher risk of dangerous complications versus a surgical abortion. Walgreens is putting profit over people. Meijer and Family Fare aren't dispensing the abortion pill, give them your business instead.

If you are able to go somewhere else for your prescriptions, do so. This pharmacy is consistently screwing up accounts, not filling medications on time, or at all; customer service skills are highly lacking in most employees in the pharmacy and it can be very stressful speaking with them. I think Dawn is the only one that seems to care and Dominic needs to be outright replaced, for incompetence. He called me the night before to ask a question about my meds and we had a very specific conversation about said meds. He did not follow through, or his techs like to pass the Buck. Either way they really need to get it together. I love that Walgreens is convenient to walk to and I visit the store regularly with zero issues, in the front. All the employees up there are friendly enough and respectful. Back of the house needs work.

This pharmacy location sucks. They're understaffed. Take forever to locate me in the system after I changed my name. I've been going in the last 6 months every month for the same script and they still can't seem to change my name properly in their computer. The cashiers are so rude and act flustered every time you're there. They make me call my doctor to send a refill every single time even tho I have multiple available refills which I should be able to fill myself directly over the phone or online. They also will see you waiting and just ignore you until they're ready to be bothered with your presence...

If you get a pickup order from here, make sure to check it with the employee still with you. Picked up my order today and 1 thing was missing. Went in to let them know and it was heavily implied by the lady that “packed my order” and the manager that I was lying and they were sure she packed it. I just wanted to get what I paid for, I don’t need to try to steal a thing of sunscreen ?
