I paid to have my prescriptions delivered because I'm currently struggling with some health issues, and there was some sort of computer glitch that made them unable to deliver my order that night. The tech called me and talked me through options until we found a solution of when I could get them delivered to my home. I had had the worst day and I was exhausted, and they were so patient, thorough, and kind. Yes it was inconvenient that I couldn't get my meds that day, but I fully appreciated that they still made sure I would get them.

Called about transferring a prescription to CVS because I moved. I barely got one sentence out after holding for 15 minutes and I was told there was, unquestionably, something wrong on my end or with CVS after CVS told me there was a problem on Walgreen's end. Whoever answered the phone was very dismissive, rude, and unhelpful. I get that companies like Walgreens are overworking and disrespecting their employees, so it's possible this person was having a bad day, but either way it's a problem that Walgreens as a company is ultimately responsible for.

I have gone to Walgreens an overtime and it is the main destination I go for all my pharmaceutical needs. I also like the rewards program through it seems to be not as giving as of lately. I rarely have a bad interaction with the cashiers or anyone working. The stores are clean and open late. It has a little bit of everything and I like that it shows what is OTC compatible and they do have quite the amount of things you can get with the OTC card.

Pretty simple doordash order. 3 Mt Dews. Way to much to handle evidently. I received 2 diet and 1 regular. And I did check. Their website said they had plenty in stock. Probably be a good thing for everybody if this is one of the Walgreens closing soon.

Clean and well stocked overall but I do not recommend ordering photo prints from this location. If they can’t print them, they’ll just wait to tell you until you get there which is pretty inconvenient

Rude and apathetic service at photo printing desk.
Online order went through fine. At pickup staff in store told me they were unable to print my order. First said the machine was broken, then said they were out of paper.

Michigan and fuller Walgreens. Has the best staff! Everyone that works in the pharmacy has been extremely helpful and makes it a point to help patients. Thank you for all your help and support!Best pharmacy in Grand Rapids!!!

This is for the pharmacist, he advocates for my rights as a patient and takes the time to communicate with me clearly without making it feel rushed or an annoyance despite the pharmacy being understaffed and chaotically busy at times. Thank you!

Moron workers lol ordered like 10 pictures for pick up and I went in 3, days after getting an email saying they were ready for pick up and the degenerate cashier basically said they didn't get the chance to do it so he went ahead and cancelled the order and told us to try the other Walgreens. Close the store, what a waste of space lol

Terrible service in the pharmacy. Unable to provide my prescription through workman’s comp and unwilling to answer my questions. Also would not answer phone calls from Urgent care who was going to provide them with the proper information.
