The men's bathroom was surprisingly dirty, showing signs of long-term neglect such as heavy dust buildup and filth behind the wall side of the toilet. I fixed some issues with what I had available.

Treated poorly. Out of one prescription. Every time i auto fill a prescription they are out. Scripts sent by doctor and then they blame the doctor and I now confirm with the doctor and watch him send over the prescription and they still blame the doctor. No ownership when they make a mistake. They are too big and too busy to care.

This is quite possible the WORST Walgreens you will ever go to. Although I have never had a direct problem with one of the staff members, their costumer service is absolutely terrible. I had to go 4 different times in the span of 3 days in order to receive a simple prescription my doctor called in a week ago. Do not listen to the text messages that say " your prescription is ready." Call the store and speak to a pharmacist directly before driving all the way there just to learn it is in fact NOT READY. A few months ago, I came down with a really bad case of the Flu. I had to go to Walgreens in order to pick up a prescription. I had to go inside with a mask, because the drive through was piled up with at least 10 cars. I received a text message that told me that my prescription was ready to pick up, so I drove there. When I got there, not only had my script not been filled yet, but I had to wait at least 45 minutes in line to even speak to someone. I was wearing a mask, however I could be exposing everyone in the waiting room while waiting for my script. I spent at least an hour total waiting for them to fill it while having a 101 fever. Not only that, but the prices are OUTRAGEOUS. I will come here for some simple hygiene products, and my total will come out to 50 dollars. This used to be a very good Walgreens, in fact my family and I have been going here for over a decade. Unfortunately it has gone so downhill I don't think I will ever come back for a prescription. If you are looking for a good Walgreens or pharmacy, I highly recommend the one on cascade roads and 28th street. They are very fast and friendly.

This is the slowest and worst pharmacy I have ever been to. I have called and complained to the manager numerous times and nothing seems to have changed. I would go to another pharmacy but am a single mom and I can't leave my kids in the car to get my scripts. I am typing this while I have been waiting for over 20 min in lone with probably 10 cars behind me. Mind you, this is my lunch break and I have to be back in 10 for a meeting at work.

Don't bother with the pharmacy here. They certainly do not bother with their customers. Horrible customer service. Uncaring.

Edit: this place has the wrong price on everything. Plan on paying full price even while using your Walgreens savings number. Any advertised price inside can't be trusted. This is maybe 5 times in 2 months that I spent $5-20 more because of misrepresentation. I'll go anywhere else but this location.
