Refused to return a Walgreens brand product I had purchased, even through Walgreens supposedly has a 100% satisfaction guarantee. Worst customer service ever!!!

Been in the pharmacy drive through lane for like 15 minutes. This is crazy I'm stuck between cars. What's the deal. Only three cars have went through. Looks like they're super busy is all.

AVOID!!! THIS Walgreens location. Very busy by proximity only. Told over the phone script would be ready in an hour. When arrive was then told they didn't have the medication and it wouldn't be available for two days because the had to order. Pharmacist on duty didn't engage me.You have choices. Have your medical professionals send your script some where else.

About 1 out of 3 trips here ends with a bad experience, and they've made errors filling my prescriptions. Staff is hit and miss - some are nice and helpful but others treat customers like nuisances to be dealt with. Poorly managed.

WHAT THE HELL HAPPENED TO CUSTOMER SERVICE AT THIS STORE????I came in to pick up 3 dozen pictures. Went to the counter and finally some young girl showed up and didn't say a thing so I said I'm here to pick up pictures. She finds them and hands then to me and starts walking away. Still no smile and no words. I asked "so you can't ring them up for me?"she mumbled something and looked at me with the most disgusting face and still I have no idea what she said and I said "ok I'll pay for them up front at that cash register. I immediately asked for a manager but first I paid for the pics. By the time I reached ADAM the assistant manager he got a different story. I tried telling him how rude this girl was and she was put out by me asking her to ring the pics up and he started TALKING OVER ME!!!!!!I spoke louder to finish my sentence When he - EVEN MUCH LOUDER TOLD ME I WAS OUT OF CONTROL AND CAUSING A SCENE!!! OMG !!! I talked back in his same volume and said I am NOT OUT OF CONTROL I wanted to complain about a rude clerk!HE THEN SAID IN A VERY LOUD VOICE IN FRONT OF CUSTOMERS AND HIS COWORKER TO LEAVE THE STORE !!!!!!!WHAT THE HELL IS GOING ON?????I'm 65 years old and these are people in their 20 and 30's talking to me the customer in the most disrespectful humiliating way! AND TO LEAVE THE STORE!!!!! I called the store manager when I got home and literally got treated the exact same way. He would not listen to me and said that the store clerks and managers can kick out anyone who is causing a scene and they are taught that !!!!!!!I ended up calling the regional manager and filed a complaint. They said it takes up to 10 days to hear back. I will NEVER EVER STEP FOOT INTO WALGREENS ON EAST BELTLINE AGAIN. I WILL TELL ALL MY FRIENDS AND FAMILY ABOUT THIS EXPERIENCE TODAY. THIS IS THE NEW GENERATION OF STORE CLERKS AND MANAGERS. TOTALLY OUT OF CONTROL, AND RUDE AND THE CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT DOESN'T APPLY IN THIS STORE. WHO KNOWS MAYBE ALL WALGREENS HAVE STOOPED TO THIS LEVEL OF LOW!!!!!!!

There’s a reason why this store has a low rating! Heed it, their pharmacy is beyond incompetent, now I deserve some blame for going there when I knew I should have used meijer, so shame on me too. ?♂️

Pharmacy service is absolutely horrible. Got a call that my prescription was out of stock with no offered solutions. Attempted to call multiple times a day at different times for 3 days in a row and waited on hold more than 20 min each time and waited 40 min once because the message said there was only 2 people waiting. No one ever answered the phone. Just awful!

Worst pharmacy experience ever! Was told "I can't fill your prescription because I have a queue of 70 orders and can't get to yours." And the pharmacist was incredibly rude. Never in my life have I been told by a pharmacy that they can't fill my order because they can't pull my name up with such a large queue of orders - what???? My order had been sent in 3 hours prior. THREE. Will never go here again and will make sure to tell everyone I know not to use this Walgreens.

Absolutely the worst and most despicable pharmacy I have ever visited. Terribly overcrowded and I had an infection which needed urgent meds taken the same day. I had gone to the ER to get the prescription. These jerks dont care if it is urgent or not. They told me sorry they are backlogged in response to my saying it is needed right away for an infection which can turn to sepsis if not treated. I guess these idiots don't understand that. Worse, I had to call three times and go there twice to get what I needed. The pharmacist wouldnt even counsel me on contraindications or conflicts with other prescriptions I was taking that they knew about. Completely unethical. Never returning here again and will pull all my prescriptions from walgreens because of this experience.

We just moved to the area. I have been to this pharmacy three time and each experience has been terrible. They are so overcrowded inside that today I decided to go to the drive up. Only one lane was open and I was number two in line. The person in front of me was there for a long time. When it was finally my turn I pulled up and was rudely informed that the drive-up was for COVID testing only. I was told that there were signs "everywhere." I drove back around to check - there is only one small home made sign that was nearly impossible to see. I would guess no more than one in 10 would notice the sign. While I was checking for signs, two other cars pulled up and were turned away. I guess they didn't see the sign either. I parked, went in and waited in line at least 6 deep. When I got finally got my subscription and informed them the sign was not visible outside, I was again treated rudely. My prescription took three days to fill and 30 minutes+ to pick up. This may be the most poorly run/staffed pharmacy I have ever frequented.

People here are always courteous, helpful, and professional. I appreciate the pharmacy especially because even when they are busy, busy, the technicians take the time with each customer to answer any medical and/or insurance questions. I have also witnessed them patiently explaining information to our elderly population. I have never had a bad experience here so I don’t know why there are negative comments, and I use this Walgreens location regularly.

The people that work here are not very intelligent or are poorly trained. Yesterday they let some ignoramus walk around with no mask on through the store and checked out and never said a single thing to him. When I asked the cashier about it she said I didn't see anybody without a mask on I said the guy that just checked out in front of me had no mask on, duh, the other cashier stated "that's a very controversial subject". There's no controversy it's the law.

I went to this Walgreens for a flu shot. There were 6 people a head of me. Nobody wore gloves, not even the person who gave the injection! They passed pens and clipboards back and forth among us with no sanitizing in between. There were no cups of pens claiming "clean" pens or "used" pens. The worst part was there was NO sanitizer. None to be seen in any of the pharmacy area. I called the pharmacist when I got home (he wasnt available to talk while I was there the store manager was not there) He said they cant sanitize or keep track of clip boards and they do have sanitizer out. Out right lying to me. I told him there is nothing for customers! And we are all handling the same filthy clip boards! He then told me customers had to ask for the sanitizer!!! I proceeded to tell him I was behind 6 people waiting for flu shots and the other line was people picking up RX! When are we to ask for sanitizer !! He backed down and said "yeah we should have some out there". Nothing like drumming up business Walgreens! I dont think this is how the CDC wants them to do business. Do not go to this store if cleanliness and safety are important to you. They do not have their customers best interest in place at all.
