Bought my Jeep Cherokee at Fox Chrysler Dodge Jeep dealership. Salesman , Nathan Schuiteman is good. No pressure, knows his product and explained everything about the Jeep product. The business manager was a young lady that is good at making the buying process easy and understanding. Very sharp lady. My experience in having regular vehicle service at Fox has always been satisfactory. Good shop, good staff and I would highly recommend visiting this location for service or buying a vehicle.

Horrible customer service. Stephanie is just awful at her job. I dropped my Jeep off because it was practically undrivable on a Monday. She told me they probably would not get to it on Tuesday, but would get to it by Wednesday for sure. On Wednesday they called to say they would not get to it until next week. The woman gave me some pathetic reason why it would take so long. She transferred me to Stephanie who of coarse did not answer to the phone. Shockingly she called back and gave different reason for why it would take so long to look at it.
Finally the following week I get a text that there is nothing wrong. The tech was going to test drive it one more time. After several more hours I got a text that it is running fine, do I want to pick it up. Which of coarse I want to pick it up. I have been without it for over a week.
I go to pick it up. I never really get any information on what the problem was. The cashier gives me a bill. I told her nobody ever told me anything about charges. She told me to talk to Stephanie.
Too top it off, the didn't fix a recall issues with it too. I did forget to tell them I wanted that fixed, but I should not have to do that. They can easily see in their computer that there is a recall issues that needs to be fixed. But they are just too incompetent there to actually do something like that.

Just want to call out Service Advisor Ryan Terpstra for a phenomenal job on seeing all the parts ordered, keeping me updated and seeing my truck through the entire warranty process. Ryan went above and beyond to be sure things were done correctly and that my vehicle was taken care of. I greatly appreciate his commitment to customer service as it is so rare today. Just an all around great job!

Heath went to bat for me with my third party insurance company; pursuing the remedy for issues my engine had, and procuring a solution to my problem.

Normally I don’t have an issue with the service department. I took my jeep to get an oil change yesterday morning. I put my work bag in the backseat. (Nothing major in the bag) I had 2 Red Bulls I literally just bought before coming to the dealership. I put them in my work bag and put it in the back seat. When I went to work later that day. I grab my work bag and my Red Bulls are gone. Both of them. I work 3 jobs. I rely on energy drinks to help me work as much as I do. After I get out of work. I pull up my camera footage from the cameras I have in my jeep for the inside and out. I was shocked to see one of the mechanics not only steal both my Red Bulls. But also steal money out of my middle compartment. I saw them put it in their pocket and smile. It wasn’t much money. They looked right in the camera too. I’m pretty sure they didn’t realize I have cameras in my Jeep. Never thought I would get robbed at the dealership I bought my Jeep from while trying to be a loyal customer and get my oil changed there. Not a good way to keep customers. Also it’s a crime.
The 2nd issue I have. Every time I bring in my Jeep in to get an oil change. They tell me I’m gonna need new tires soon. Even the first time I took it in for an oil change. It had less than 25k miles. I have about 43k miles on my Jeep now. They said I definitely need new tires and they are having a sale on tires at that moment. Unless I was sold a 2020 jeep in 2022 that had only 21k miles on it when I bought it. They sold me a jeep with cheap or horrible tires on it. There is possible way I would need new tires this soon unless my tires are damaged or going balled. (Which they are not). Stop trying to sell me something I don’t need!!! Don’t assume I’m stupid because I’m a woman. I’m a yooper. I know cars and trucks better than the dealership. That’s a fact. Also I tend to buy a different vehicle every other year. I was a loyal customer to a dealership back in my hometown for over 20 years. I’ve personally bought over 30 vehicles from them. Thought I would give fox motors a chance since it’s in the area I live in. So far I’ve had horrible experience with buying the jeep. (Finance manager did shady things) added things I don’t need to the price of the jeep. Kept having to redo the paperwork to where it took over 2 hours to fill out. Jeep was priced at $32k I put $6k down plus a trade in knocking the financing price down to $22k plus tax (tax was also paid upfront not added to the loan) when I got all my paperwork from the lender weeks later. The loan is for $34k the finance guy added several extended warranty to the loan that I don’t need nor did I want. Tried to get it all canceled and was denied. With a total of $10k put down and taxes and tag paid upfront. On a $32k jeep. How the heck is the loan amount $34k plus the interest?? Fox dealership stop robbing your customers!!! Thieves in the office to thieves in the garage. I did post the videos of getting robbed by the mechanic on TikTok and fb and other social media platforms. TikTok already has over 200k views in less than 2 hours. Fox dealership on Plainfield ave in Grand Rapids Michigan, do better… be better… or get sued!!!

I'm all for a quick oil change service, however I don't feel 10 minutes is enough time for them to do what they say they do. Pretty sure opening the hood, looking to see if there is an engine and closing it again isn't actually a 21 point inspection. Maybe slow down and do the job right?

Went to get an oil change and it increased by 30.00 in the last month. Then I call around and find out the other 5 places I called were 20 to 35 less. Shame on you Fox got price gouging.

I stopped there on a Friday morning before the holiday. I person was very quick with me as if he was in a hurry. Never mentioned topping off anything low on other fluids so I assumed he did! Said my tires didn't need rotating.I'm okay getting out quickly but it didn't feel right! Otherwise my service has always been good! Thank you.
