Ben was incredibly pleasant to work with and was extremely honest and fair. If I could give more than 5 stars I would! I doubt this man would EVER sell you a lemon.

Saw a truck online at Marv Shooks Auto. Decided to check it out. I didn't expect much, but was I WRONG! The truck was as described on-line, there was no over inflated description here. I entered the small, but clean sales floor. Ben greeted me with a genuine warm smile, and a " how are you doing". We walked over to the truck and during the typical tire kicking examination, I determined that Ben was a dying breed in the used market. I was treated to, and with, HONESTY, respect, and I could tell, the was absolutely NO deceit from Ben. After the test drive any and all questions or concerns were answered, even to the point of talking with the mechanic who works for him. Martin is very knowledgeable and again is genuine and tells the truth!Your probably never going to find a Lamborghini on his lot, but you WILL find really great vehicles at FAIR prices and mechanical sound. His prices are definitely fair and lower then most. ( so please don't try to low ball him. He has bills to pay too!)I STRONGLY recommend shopping at Shooks! You won't drive away hoping you made a good decision. You will drive away in a new ride KNOWING you got a really great vehicles, at a super value. Thanks Ben,( and Martin) you truly made a normally stressful situation, easy, and eliminated all worries. We drove home in our new truck and smiled all the way!

Ben sold me a lemon , didn’t even last 6 months, he changed the oil in it before selling to me and put a soft plug in the oil pan drain , because of stripped threads. Had a blown head gasket, and serious transmission failure. Just the a couple of the worst issues.

We needed a car for my son. A friend had recommended Vern Shooks some time ago so I headed over yesterday to see what they had on the lot. Turns out they had a perfect vehicle right in our price range. I took it for a test drive yesterday afternoon and went back this morning to buy it. Ben Shooks and the mechanic Martin are super friendly. I will definitely be back in the spring when my wife is due for a "new" vehicle.

Really disappointed this morning. We've bought two cars from here and regularly get oil changes as well. This morning my husband went in for an oil change and wore his mask to stay safe. He overheard the two men working say "they should just open everything back up, whoever dies oh well". This is not okay. I thought these people cared about their community.

We will only buy cars and have our cars serviced here. Ben is great and Martin is a top-notch mechanic and all-around good guy. I highly recommend them !
