Did gold work on my 1986 ltd crown victoria. Replaced the water pump, valve cover gasket, timing chain, fluid flush, oil change, and fixed the throttle cable, reasonable price and well knowledged folks who work on older vehicles, I'll be back again when my car needs fixed!

We've used Verburg's for 20 years for our cars and our kids' cars. Never a bad experience. They always try to save money by saying what needs to be done and what can be postponed safely, recommending rebuilt or used parts when appropriate, and generally just giving great advice. More than once I've had a dealer recommend something that Al got done for less, or recommended not doing at all, and he's always right.This is an update of my above review from 10 years ago. We continue to take our cars here and the service remains excellent. Most recently my daughter's 2008 Toyota Yaris developed noise in the original 2008 exhaust piping. Brought it in for assessment. Rachel called to advise that the system needed to be replaced and that Verburg's could do it, but she recommended that we take it to the Tuffy muffler store across the street because she thought they could do it at lower cost. They did. This "customer first" attitude is just what I expect from Verburg and why we are loyal customers.

This is one of the most honest automotive service establishments I’ve ever been to. I had a complex problem and Al the owner never gave up on it. Not only do I only bring my car to Verburgs. The customer service is, I dare say, some of the best customer service I’ve ever encountered. Rachel is absolutely amazing and the mechanics do an amazing job. Very very very impressed!

Worst service ever! Continuously failed on promises to complete and they failed to communicate. Instead of admitting that he can't fix it and accept responsibility as the business owner, he blames his employees for the work not getting done. He has had the car for almost three years. We have tried to be understanding but enough is enough.
