First time there and while the staff is friendly and prepared our taxes, they will not return your phone calls with questions you have once you’ve paid them. Would not recommend.

I received a letter from the IRS stating we had to pay $1400 because our taxes were done incorrectly and we should NEVER use this company again, they really screwed your taxes up!

My grandfather George Rice went here for years and insisted I go here as well, for the first few years it was amazing but the last two years not so much. The receptionist is rude and unfriendly and clearly hates her job and when you call and leave a message, messages aren’t returned. My husband was told he called to much yet after two days his call was never returned, he was told he needed to be patient…. Who tells a paying customer after two days of calling and not a return phone call that they need to be patient? This is our last year of coming here.

If you are looking for more than what TurboTax can do than this is not the place for you. In and out in less than 15 minutes. No guidance. No attempt to talk about or review previous years. No attempt to look at any additional options. I probably could have done better myself.

This is my 2nd time coming here and it's by far the best place to have your taxes done at. Awesome staff, very knowledgeable, very patient, understanding and they're there to listen and answer all your questions. Great prices overall the best in town.
