Last weekend I stopped at the Valvoline on the beltline and had quite possibly the best customer service experience I’ve ever had anywhere ever. Unfortunately, after my oil change, my car would not start. Instead of helping me push my car out to the parking lot to get towed away and resolved at a later date, the manager Ben, took matters into his own hands, and not only drove me to my home to look for a spare set of keys to possibly resolve the issue, he then drove me to the nearby Kia to continue to pursue the solution. Then, when all hope had seem lost, Ben and his coworkers got on YouTube found out how to manually unlock my dead car, then jumpstarted my car, bringing it back to life and saving me hundreds of dollars on a tow truck. They also told me exactly what I needed to do to resolve my issue, long-term. I really can’t put into words how much this experience meant to me., all I can say, is, I wish every person in business operated the way Ben did. I will only take my vehicles to valvoline from now on thanks to Ben and his team. THANK YOU BEN!

Was stuck here for over an hour with only 1.5 people in front of me (one car was already started and I watched them hand over their card soon after I was put in line) Employees wandered looking clueless. Despite the signs that say no customers outside of vehicles unattended there was some guy walking around who I watched get out of the car next to me. No one stopped him. And to top it off just generally the least personable people I’ve ever received an oil change from. Robots who wanted to sell me everything. Appalled by the way I was treated and the lack of effort showed. Not to mention overpriced. Won’t be back.

Called to ask a price quote for a basic synthetic oil change. On an American vehicle. Was told I need European oil. Handed the phone to my husband who has a masters mechanic license and builds $40,000 race car engines, he stated “he wants 5qts of synthetic.” The gentleman couldn’t tell him what the differences were for the oil. As my hubby refused to budge. If he was smart he would’ve said “540 operates more efficiently than a 530 at a higher engine temperature.” When someone who actually knows vehicles and what he wants is hung up upon, it’s rude and reflects the ignorance of your business.Instead he continued to try to upsell and when we wouldn’t take it. He hung up. Train people to actually have customer service and knowledge in vehicles. When a customer requests a specific oil your employees should not override this. Trust me, your rude behavior will be on all the race pages for Facebook of whom not to frequent.

Friendly staff was in and out in less than 15 minutes. 42$ for an oil change/ air filter (with easy to find coupons online)..Will definitely be back in 3000 miles!Service: Oil change
