I have gone here twice. 1st time was great. 2nd time the person giving me a pedicure kept monkeying around by my right big toe. It's been bothering me since. Went to the foot doctor yesterday and she said I had an ingrown toenail. She also said what I have been saying to everybody-that they need to cut the nails shorter. From now on only the foot doctor will cut my toenails.

When time is of the essence for a group visit, go somewhere that will prioritize reservations. I scheduled four manicure appointment's to be enjoyed concurrently. We arrived 15 minutes prior to our appointment and were seated together. About a hour after our manicure I scheduled a pressing engagement for my daughter's voice placement audition. Usually gel manicure’s take about 40 minutes.
Unfortunately, I was neglected and didn't receive nail service, as walk-ins took precedence over our reservations. My friend did mention it felt like the service was similar to being on a conveyor belt. Fortunately, the others had a pleasant experience and Genevieve’s nails look adorable.
I should have taken heed of the review about a bride's comparable experience, she missed part of her dress rehearsal.

I was only in Grand Rapids for the summer for an internship so I was nervous about finding a nail tech. I had Kim for my original appointment and she did such a good job. She remembered my name the second time I came in, and Wendy did my friends nails. Both were soooo nice and did such a great job!! Cannot recommend enough! If I lived in the area full time I would go as much as I could!

My mom, sister and I booked mani pedis the day before my wedding. We had 1pm appointments with specific nail techs. It took them a while to take us back, which if that were the only problem it would be no big deal. But it continued to take a really long time, and by the time we were all finished it was about 4pm, which happened to be the time of my scheduled rehearsal for my wedding. So not only did it take 3 hours and make us late to my rehearsal, my sister was taken to the check in counter to get her nails done by the person running the front desk. This person even did an entire pedicure DURING my sister’s manicure and she had to be picked up separately after my mom and I had left to go to the rehearsa. She had to arrive even later and she was the matron of honor in my wedding. Our nails did look really great, but they had HORRIBLE customer service. It was a running joke the rest of the weekend about my 3 hour nails by our entire bridal party. Not to mention we didn’t get a single nail tech we requested. Which, no biggie but we made appointments and my sister had to embarrassingly sit at the check in counter getting her nails done and abandoned during this time to do someone else’s nails during her time. I’ve never had a more ridiculous experience at a nail salon. The 2 stars is ONLY because my nails did look fantastic. So if you have all day to get your nails done, this is the place! If not, find somewhere else.

We had an appointment during a very busy time, but the staff still managed to get us to the chairs right away. We had the best foot massage ever. Completely worth the extra cost, go for the special or deluxe package! We also love the different nail colors. So many options to pick from. The staff were super sweet and attentive. Highly recommend this place!
Cleanliness: The salon was very new and clean. Love the beautiful designs on the wall!

Made an appointment to get only 3 acrylic nails fixed... not a fill and it was made for 11:30 and I didn't end up leaving till 12:30. The lady doing my nails who I think is the owner kept getting up, walking around, stopping at other peoples nails and just making me sit there. I get they're busy, but don't take on so many people if you can't commit to finishing the nails let alone 3, if you can't finish them as you sit down to start. I also kept over hearing the girls at the front desk saying how some of the techs kept saying they were running behind and they were going to call a client to tell them they're running behind and lady kept saying don't call.... so be prepared to wait even when you have an appointment. It's a very nice salon but the rushing and not caring was really disappointing when you make an appointment and they keep taking walk ins when the place is jam packed.

This is the first place that I have had such kind service and it is consistently hospitable. It means a lot to feel welcomed into a place of business but I also watch how those who are in charge treat their employees and colleagues and on the floor they are respectful to one another. Also, Tracy does a great job on my nails...and I'm picky.
