Tracking info states that my driveway/porch was inaccessible for delivery. I've been sitting on my porch all evening, during the "attempted" delivery time, and everything was VERY accessible. I never even saw a mail truck. Some people are just lazy and it shows. Do better.

Beyond the the old adage “government money at work”. These people outright suck as people not just employees. 10/10 would not recommend. Avoid at all costs if possible.

Had a package that was supposed to get delivered today that needed a signature. The driver never even attempted to make delivery. Just stuck a “sorry missed you” note on my other mail and left. They weren’t even at my mailbox for 20 seconds and I seen them and walked out the door and they drove off.

The continue to transfer my phone calls to their fax line instead of just doing their job and answering. Had a package supposedly attempt delivery with no answer- even though we were home at the time and there was no attempt. The tracking number says a notice was left- there was no notice left. Now I have a package somewhere that I can’t track or schedule redelivery, because I have no notice to track it with!

This post office is amazing. Went to do a renewal of a passport. Got to work with two different employees. Both were very knowledgeable with a process and able to put me at ease. Was a great experience. Would highly recommend this post office.

They don't know how to answer the phone ? I have literally called 3 times and still nothing they just let the phone ring and ring.

I came in for a passport application expecting a long, stressful process, as many applications requiring multiple legal documents are and experienced neither. I was helped by Anthony, he's detail oriented and so friendly and welcoming. Such a positive experience!

Completely useless (though this is to be expected of most "businesses" staffed by federal employees). They never answer their phones and only give boilerplate answers to inquiries even when you explain your situation. When I explained that no one even attempted to deliver the package up a flight of stairs, the manager dismissed this as simply not possible. I checked my mailbox, no slip. Check again 30 minutes later, driver left a slip. They NEVER knocked on my door. I was sitting 10 ft from my front door and couldn't possibly have missed a knock in those 30 minutes. Simply put, there is a reason this public business loses billions every year. They're lazy.
