Our business is 25 employees and growing. User easy is basically our I.T. department. They have set up licensing company email structure and repairs on Microsoft windows 11 for us. Paolo can do remotes and is VERY personable when he makes his calls on the office in the flesh! Its great to have him in person because he cleans up old stuff as he goes and sets things up how you like them VERY QUICKLY. Teresa is friendly and great at scheduling. She calls me back quickly, 95% of the time its within a few hours and she has moved things around to get us scheduled immediately with an emergency situation. Prices are fair and billing is straight forward. $95.00 minimum for diagnostic and repairs. Worth it!

This place saved my butt, accidentally ordered the wrong thing on Amazon and I needed a DDR5 motherboard, which they luckily had in stock. Awesome price and great service!

I was at first a customer, then awhile later an employee. But due to medical complications I became a customer again. This is the best place I have ever worked for excluding the military.They honestly do care about the customers and their own employee's. I have never been dissatisfied with the level of courtesy or service provided by User Easy. I can assure you that as a customer I have some pretty precise demands for my custom system and they have never failed to provide.I would just like to state that there are rare moments when despite the quality of service and diagnostic tech available, there are some hardware flaws that won't be detected. Because they do not occur often enough for the software to detect them during a standard test. This means the software has to know what to look for and rare flaws like that are routinely missed.It's the nature of the technology and as a result, some people are not going to be satisfied with the results. Always check your warranty status and consult the manufacturer first!

Came in with laptop and replacement keyboard. Was told they could replace the keyboard for just the service cost ($95) and charged me prior to any service being done. When they opened the laptop they said they couldn't replace the keyboard because of its mounting and said it would cost me an additional ~$170 for them to order the entire assembly and complete the replacement. I am a college student and don't have that money laying around, so I thanked them but declined the new assembly.When I came to pick it up I was under the assumption that the $95 dollars previously paid was for the keyboard replacement and nicely asked if I could receive some form of refund or compensation for the lack of services. They got extremely verbally aggressive with me for even suggesting such a thing and when I brought up that no services were actually performed he quoted the laptop disassembly and reassembly as the $95 dollar cost, rather than the keyboard replacement which I payed for.I wasn't aware you could get paid to take apart a computer and then put it back together without performing a single repair. If that was the case I could be making millions. If you don't know that you can provide a service you shouldn't be charging people for it. I'm not paying for your science experiment, to open up and learn about a laptop. I paid for a keyboard to be replaced. If you didn't know how to replace the keyboard, you shouldn't have said you could and charged me in the first place.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Don't ever expect a call back or any updates or information about the status of your computer. Don't expect your laptop back for at least 2 weeks. Will not be returning.

They built my desk top, when they were off Buchanan, S.E, I don't remember year, on 3rd monitor been awhile, will be contacting them, Palo name familiar. Been pleased with system, unknown problem escalated, from no internet connection, now after unplugging won't power up. New location is miles more from us. Glad they are still in business.

My laptop would not start, so I called and they told me to bring it in. They opened it up, ran a couple of tests, and it worked, so they called me to pick it up. They charged me $95. It worked for the rest of that day, but the next day, it would not start. I called back, and then they told me to call HP and see if it's under warranty (which it is). Shame on me for not checking with HP first, but I wish they would have advised me to check the warranty before bringing it in and charging me for not fixing anything.

Great service, I came in because my MacBook wouldn't hold a charge. I work from home so I was very frustrated. Bob assisted me right away and found a solution and didn't charge me an arm and a leg.
