They have failed to resolve a billing issue for more than 4 months, even though I have provided them with all the necessary information required to process the bill correctly. Their internal processes are abysmal, and they do not respond to communication.

The young lady who was there after hours was so helpful and pleasant,if she represents the caliber of people at the facility it's a GREAT place to utilize when shipping larger items!
