We rented a UNIT for two months and have nothing but great things to say about the entire process. From quoting to final pick-up, everything was very straightforward and there were no hidden fees. They were very accomodating in adjusting dates according to our schedule. The actual UNIT was extremely clean and secure. I would recommend UNITS to anyone in the GR area.

I can't express enough how amazing UNITS was for me in the midst of my chaotic multi location move. The customer service was phenomenal! Mindy was extremely helpful and accommodating to my constant changes. The service was very affordable in comparison to the other pod service. The only feedback I have is it would have been nice to schedule exact pickup and delivery times. It was a little hectic scheduling the movers around when you would hope the pod would be delivered, but we made due. Overall very pleased, and looking forward to using them again.

UNIT moving /portable storage units were easy to use, timely, clean, and extremely easy to work with. They were great about communicating drop off and pick up times and worked around the times we needed to schedule. We would highly recommend.

Kyle dropped off two Unit containers today and it was a perfectly orchestrated delivery. He texted me when leaving the facility sending me a map to track his whereabouts and then sent another text when he was arriving. He placed those Units with precision exactly where they were supposed to go. And the process was quite fascinating to watch. GREAT JOB!!!

We recently used Units while moving and had a fantastic experience! Matt and Mindy and Kyle were pleasant, responsive and flexible during each phase of our move. Pricing is competitive with excellent customer service, communication and availability. Automatic text messages when truck is en route and live tracking takes the guess work out of when the delivery/pickup will happen.
Great company, highly recommended!

Units is the best portable storage unit delivery and storage service that I have worked with. Matt and Mindy are polite, understanding and worked with my schedule at every phase of the process. Kyle is a fantastic delivery professional and took great care with my belongings in my unit at delivery. Units helped make my moves easier.

Units did a great job assisting me with my moving needs. They were easy to get in touch with and answered the phone every time I had a question. Additionally, the team was flexible and accommodated my schedule as moving doesn’t always go to plan. Lastly, Kyle, our driver was very professional and great to work with.
