0/5 Stars! First (and last) visit ever at Ulta Beauty. Booked my hair appointment online for today at 5pm. After waiting 10 minutes at the front desk, without anyone saying hi, I got told the lady is still with a client and it will take another 1-1,5 hrs. What a joke! Don't provide the online booking feature if you can't stand to it. I planned my day after this.

Had a great interaction and experience with Bernadice (?). My daughter is very shy and struggles with speaking to strangers. Bernadice took her time, was very friendly and made my daughter feel extremely comfortable picking out her first foundation. So grateful!!

Ulta helped save my wedding day! My makeup artist backed out on me the morning of my wedding. We called around and this Ulta location was able to squeeze in 5 full event makeup sessions, including the bride! Huge thank you and shout out to them. They did a great job and I was so thankful they got us all in so last minute. Andy did the bride (me) and one bridesmaid and she did a phenomenal job. I don't wear much makeup ever and she was very helpful with choosing what would look best for me. She also just has a wonderful personality so she made it fun and relaxing. Definitely go see them if you need your makeup done!

I have been to the Ulta salon many times, and they do a great job! I had Jordan this time - I asked for some bright highlights and a money piece and she did such an amazing job. The color is even and vibrant. And she’s super nice too! Will definitely be going back!

I had the most amazing experience with Andy. I struggle with lashes and eyebrows thinning came in feeling. Fugly went out feeling fabulous. Fabulous if you’re looking for something other than micro blading that will also last week to week she is so amazing. Please book her life-changing for me I feel like a princess. Can’t wait to see you again.

Brandias was AWESOME today! I am so thankful for her kind heart, compassion and knowledge. She helped me look and feel beautiful. Very knowledgeable about the products but not pushy at all. So thankful for her!

I brought my daughter in to have her hair and makeup done for prom. Jenna did a beautiful job with both, really listened to what she wanted and the finished product was gorgeous. Highly recommend.

I was apprehensive about scheduling a makeup appointment at Ulta for an upcoming event, but decided to give it a try since it was last minute. The MUA Jenna did a really good job on my makeup. She asked to see a picture of the dress I was wearing in order to coordinate the color palate. Jenna matched the foundation perfectly with my skin tone, it looked so natural which eased my concern. I actually loved the foundation so much that I purchased it!! I received so many compliments on my makeup as I don't wear it often and could never duplicate the look. I didn't hesitate to say that I got it done at Ulta.
The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is due to the other staff at the store. When I walked in the store, there were two staff members standing by the center display. One holding shopping bags and the other just standing there next to her. No one acknowledged me. I do understand that it was a busy Saturday, but I assume that you would acknowledge all guests walking in the store, otherwise why do you need two people standing by the entrance and one with bags? I continued to walk through the store and asked an assistant where I needed to go for my appointment and she said the salon. I get to the salon and no one was at the register. I waited about 5-6 minutes and the person that directed me there apologized as she didn't know no one was back there. She then went and got the makeup artist.

I used to love going to Ulta until I visited this location. Your employees are really unprofessional and lack knowledge on products.

Great selection of makeup, hair products,etc. Prices average. Helpful staff. They share a parking lot in a mall, but have a few designated spaces.

Great place to let your teen daughter spend all your hard earned money. Staff was very helpful in pointing us in the direction of the currently "in" products that we were there to find. Made it as quick and painless as possible.

Terrible, crude service. Asked for a product that I bought a few years ago and was crudely told that the store now longer carries the product, in fact that the never did. However I did purchase the product at that specific location. This person should be fired based on her interaction with a potential buyer.
