The staff at the store are so helpful and kind. I purchased a large order today and they helped me carry it to my car. They were so accommodating. They have great products at great prices to boot!

Jacklyn was fanatic! I bought some eyeliner ( I know there are testers but I failed to use them) I brought them back I did not get any hassle. I showed Jacklyn the color I was looking for . Jacklyn brought me around the store she has her whole hand with colors on it . Long story short I get exactly what I wanted . Thank you Jacklyn ! Great costumer service.

Today I had an order to pick up and stopped by just for a woman (bigger white brunette female) to instead of open the door does a hand signal cut off to me and continues to shoo me off. I did not need to pay for this order, nearly jusy to pick it up. It is July 11th of 2023 and I expected more from Ulta. This is not acceptable customer service and this employee needs to be trained as she is very clearly not proficient in a basic skill.

Read your coupons they aren't any good on top end makeups which is almost everything except for what you can buy at Walmart cheaper anyway. What made the experience better was the manager gave my the 10.00 off coupon on my 85.00 purchase as I was going to put back the 54.00 shadows. Also lost 64.00 credit a fews weeks prior due to some computer glitch.

I got my eyebrows waxed by Anneliese and had an excellent experience. She had a very easy-going and helpful demeanor. She answered all of my questions with confidence and I could definitely tell she knew what she was doing. I also found out that they have a hair salon at this location and I was helped by other staff members with suggestions for other beauty products. 100% going back!!

After taking the advice of the Ulta salesperson, I bought a tinted moisturizer that was recommended by the salesperson. I had heard of the product having an issue with the pump, so I was hesitant to purchase it. The salesperson assured me that I would be able to return the product at any point if there was an issue.Of course, the moisturizer ended up having a defective pump halfway through using the product.I went to exchange the product at the Canton, MI location, but they didn’t have it in stock. The Canton location was going to give a store credit because it was defective. At the time, I didn’t take the store credit. I had planned to find another ulta that had this product in stock so that I could do the exchange at that time, which is why I didn’t take the store credit.I ended up finding the in-stock product at this location in Grand Rapids. I explained the situation to the store manager, Brandy Brown, and how the other Ulta location had promised that I’d get store credit if I ran into this issue. After explaining the issue, showed her that the product was defective, and let her know that the Canton, MI location had promised store credit for the defective product, Brandy told me that there was nothing she could do.But Brandy Brown had no problem telling me, “maybe you shouldn’t buy this product again” with a demeaning tone of voice. She said that she could not give me store credit as it was outside of the 60-day return window.I explained that this wasn’t a normal return or exchange - the product was defective.Still, she said there was nothing she could do.I asked for the number of the regional manager and she wouldn’t give it to me. Instead, she only gave me the number for customer service. Brandy said that she did not have a store business card either. She did not try to assist any further outside of telling me that there was nothing she could do.When my daughter mentioned to me that we could find the customer service number and that we had Brandy’s name to use in reference to the issue with the company policy (this company policy was what Brandy referred to when saying that she could not do anything), Brandy, then, asked my daughter if there was an issue with her level of service and then proceeded to argue.By the end of the conversation, she apologized for being emotional as she “on [her] period”.At this point, after much back and forth, we did get the store credit. I expect more from Ulta. I will be shopping at Sephora from here on out.The level customer service provided by Brandy Brown was wildly unacceptable.
