This was a hassle free experience for me. The price is right and the customer service is great. I spoke with an Abbigale, and she was courteous and patient with me. She stayed on the phone and walked me through the whole process of registering my account. If you need a storage unit, this is the place.

I like that this storage facility is self-service, and I had a seemingly smooth move-in process. However, when there's absolutely no way to get ahold of the owner but rather a customer service representative who tells you conplaints have been filed regarding the (what's supposed to be) secure, electrical gate to your unit not working (doesn't open) to where anyone can just push it open actually as well as not knowing why you were charged an additional $5 that was credited back to your account despite there being no justifiable reason as to why it was charged in the first place.... Well, yeah... That was my experience.Owner, please make a way for your customers to reach out to you with their concerns as well as a way for them to know their issue/concern is being reviewed for a resolve, if needed. Owner, please fix the gates to your storage units, as it is not secure, and that's what I'm paying you for. Thank you.
