Moved about a room's worth of items from Alabama to Michigan. Had a great experience with U-Pack! Easy to arrange and great communication. Delivery was on time and drivers at both ends were awesome. Highly recommend!

We used UPack to move across the country and it was the best choice! They arrived on time to both pick-up and drop-off with friendly drivers who answered all our questions. I knew where the truck was at all times by using their website, and I always knew what the next step was because of their website. Plus, we had more items than we thoughts, so we just packed it all in and was charged for three extra feet. No need to ask for another Pod like in other services. I definitly recommend the UPack Truck!

What a great way to move. We used UPack for a move from Michigan to California. Everything was as they told us it would be. Everyone involved was a pleasure to work with. All of our contents arrived in quickly and didn't have damage to anything in the shipping containers.

There was an misunderstanding about door to door servers. I was moving from Michigan to some where in either Houston or Dallas, TX. I wasn't sure what area yet and I told the sales man, I wasn't sure on the address. The sales person told me its door to door and that we can just store your containers until you move and find a home. My understanding from the sales person when I ordered the moving containers that all addresses were door to door. But this is not true, some areas they do not service. And you will have to move your stuff out of shipping containers and put in a truck and move them from there trucking center. I had called and had to ask to speak to a manager and told her of the misunderstanding between me and sales person. That it was my understanding it was door to door service. She understood the mis communication and address the problem professionally and responsively by helping me out and delivering the U-pack storage containers on Saturday for me when it was not in the service area. Thank you U-Pack for understanding, and helping a Disable Veteran out.

I used U-Pack moving from Grand Rapids, MI to Las Vegas. Very reasonable price compared to pods and professional help. Most importantly everyone I encountered are very friendly! I will recommend this service to everyone moving cross country.

Used U-pack to move from Miami, Fl to Grand Rapids, MI and it was very reasonably priced. Much much cheaper than PODS. Compared to U-haul it was slightly more expensive, but it would take U-haul 2 weeks to get to my destination, while u-pack did it in 4 days. All of the drivers were very nice and respectful and the process went by smoothly. All of my things inside the container were damage free and exactly as I had left it. Will certainly use them again in the future.

We've used U-Pack moving with cubes in the past, even a move to Canada from the US. We had a great result, and so used them again to move some furniture from our place up north to Florida. I loved the guys who picked up our cube and dropped it off. They were nice and even fun. The office was responsive and both times picked up the cube quickly. I cannot recommend U-Pack moving with a cube more highly.

I recently moved from Charlotte, NC to Grand Rapids, MI. My stuff arrived 2 days earlier than I expected. Everything was good inside the truck. It cant get any better.

It was cheaper than uhaul and I didn’t have to do any of the driving. It was easy to set up and once loaded they picked it up the next day. When trailer arrived at its destination everything was exactly as we last it. Great price and easy to use service.

We could not have been more pleased with the U-Pack service we received! The men who dropped off and picked up the truck were very helpful and courteous. Our things were transported with care, and it was worth the money to us because we were traveling 2,500 miles and didn't want to tow that load ourselves! Thank you for providing this service!

We moved 1800 miles & Upack was amazing to work with! They delivered on time & had the best prices! They also let you reserve extra ReloCubes & if you don't need/use them they only charge for what you use.

They showed up in their window to drop off the trailer. We moved 1800 miles and we packed our load tight and evenly. Not a single thing broken, the load didn’t shift. It got here in the middle of their estimate window for day of delivery. Showed up on time when it said it would be here. Would recommend them!

I'm impressed with the service we received through U-pack. We used a cube to move our stuff from Oregon to Michigan. Our original quote is what we were charged (no hidden fees or surprises). The drivers at both locations were professional and kind. The cube arrived the day I asked for it and was delivered to the final location within the 6-8 business days they estimated. They provided easy step-by-step instructions for every part of the move through a well organized dashboard. Dealing with U-pack was one of the easiest and smoothest parts of our move.
