Very impressed by the service. Everyone there especially Rachel did a great job from getting my car in and out. Of course all prices are high these days so being able to apply and get a line of credit was a big life saver. Seriously life saver because we had a bad exhaust leak. Will be returning for future auto work.

One thing I’ve noticed about this place not only by reading reviews but my own experience, they have little to no respect for the women who step into this facility. Even the women in this establishment. I wanted to get an alignment, the only thing I needed in that current time, very pushy about diagnostics I already know what’s wrong with my car. I explained that I’m not completely incompetent and uninformed about my vehicle, but still was pushy about fixing my car said “I have about 6 months left with my car” (my dad was a mechanic and so was my grandfather they say I still have at least a year, then I need a new car fix the major issues structurally and try to drive it to the ground my cars an old beater.) then proceeded to look at the younger gentleman with him at the counter and have a conversation with him. Charged me 130 dollars for a 2WD alignment. My back didn’t need to be touched I explained that to to women. I just needed the front. THEY DIDNT EVEN NEED TO ALGIN MY BACK IT WAS ALREADY ALIGNED I KNOW THAT. I have cupping in my tires that is I have shaking in the back thank you for beating around the bush (he did not tell me that), but all I needed was an alignment. Just by the amount you charged me for that. I don’t want you to do repairs on my car. Also 2 hours for an alignment? That’s a little absurd and we both know that. Might go back to that gas station just to see if they have footage of how long my car had been sitting out front just so you could charged more for the extra half hour of labor to get a little more money in your pocket, it’s good money because you’re a con artist don’t be proud of that. Pretty much on the dot 2 hours after I dropped it off. It was ready to pick up.
