I have gone here for a few years now for my car's services. They do an array of things from oil change to brakes, tires, alignments, and many more. The last time here in Sept, my car had a very special concern. At first, they thought they wouldn't be able to assist me to fix it, but with it not sitting right with Steve & Rob, the technician they dug a little deeper into it & they were able to fix my car! & got me back on the road. Their work went above & beyond the normal care they give. They not only helped me get my car going again, it was at a decent price & and a bit cheaper than I was initially told, so that's always a bonus to save money. I really appreciate Rob fixing my vehicle in a timely matter plus guaranteeing they work. They stand by their work for their customers' peace of mind. I will continue to return here for my cars needs due to the care I continue to receive & quality of work. It's a must try if you're looking for an honest, hard-working place for your car's needs look no further than this Tuffy. Ty to Steve & Rob for helping me out! I appreciate it emensly.

Brought my Jeep Commander in for a noisy exhaust issue. It was the end of the day and we scheduled to get after it the next day. I was there early, the took in and gave me an estimated time of completion even though they were booked up on a Saturday. They got me done earlier than quoted and under budget. Truck has NEVER been this quiet. I'm truly satisfied.

I brought my truck to Tuffy at noon on Saturday to get a new starter. Didn’t think they could fit it in because they closed at 3.
Asim, the gentleman at the counter told me “We’ll take care of it”. I was very relieved and very grateful. Great service and friendly people.

I called for a last minute tire repair due to a nail causing a slow leak. Steve graciously accepted my urgent request! The guys got it repaired in less than 30 minutes. Greatly appreciate the kindness and excellent service!!
