I recently got my shed from here. A friend told me aboth Tuff Shed off of Eastern, I never heard of it. Not knowing what to expect I went and Robert was very helpful and perfessional. We sat down and customed built a Shed. I picked the color,roof,floor,locks,etc. He made the experience so nice and pleasant.Things usually never go smooth for me these days in dealings with businesses. Not with the help of Robert! It went so smooth.I placed my order and in about 4 weeks my Shed was here and installed, and it looks just like we discussed. THANKS BOB

This has been a ten year dream of mine, to have a garage installed. TuffShed has made my dream affordable. From first contact with Rob, everything went as better excepted. Rob was very helpful . I really wish I took his advice on the shingles.
Tuff-shed keeps you inform every step of the way. I was amazed .
Installation day was great. the guys called before they showed up and worked very hard and were able to assemble the 16x20 garage in a day and half.
I would highly recommend TuffShed for all your storage needs!

Generally I had a good experience with TuffShed in Grand Rapids, MI. I chose the shed in May. I needed to have a concrete pad installed by a third-party contractor before we could put the shed up.
Although the contractor did a good concrete job generally, he did not make it perfectly square. So most of the negative experience I had had to do with him rather than with TuffShed, although I did use the contractor that they recommended to me .
The installers found that the shed would not fit properly on the pad so they snapped a chalk line as to where the concrete needed to be cut to make it fit. The salesman and his supervisor came out later to take a look. They both disagreed as to what had to be done to fix it and told me where They thought the concrete should be cut.
So the concrete guy cut where they told me to. And when the installers came back out they said there's no way this is going to work. And he said that the salesman had no business second guessing what they had told me needed to be done. So they snapped a new chalk line .
The concrete guy came back out and recut on the new line. The TuffShed installer had no problems this time.
It's a nice shed. But I've learned my lesson to not listen to the salesman when he's disagreeing with what the installers tell you needs to be done.
But again most of the fault here was with the concrete person not with TuffShed.
All in all, they did a good job. They just need to improve their own intercompany communications.

Robert was great to work with. He gladly provided the different quotes showing us options. The installer was wonderful. Arrived on time and worked diligently to construct our shed on site.

The whole team at Tuff Shed was fantastic. Robert in sales was wonderful at guiding in my choices, the install team was incredible, and the warranty team was so good in having a vent replaced that I needed. 5 stars all the way. Thank you

I was struggling looking for a back yard garden shed. And I am so pleased and amazed that I keep looking and shopping around until I came across tuff shed. These people are so amazing and so patient with their clients. I live in a HOA and it took longer than expected to get an approval. But everything turn out exactly what I needed. Please use this company if you are looking for an affordable company to do the job. They come on site and build right there on your property. No longer than a few hours give or take. But when they left everything was clean like no one was there!

My shed was painted on about 45 minutes with a guy who went through a latched gate without alerting us to his arrival.
He used only a paint brush ( no roller hitting only nail holes. The job could have been done better by my 6 year old with how blotchy the job was. Not to mention the paint all over my stones, shed ramp and door latch.
While all this is irritating the worst part is not being able to get ahold of anyone to rectify the situation.

This was not a good experience. I was told during the sales presentation that my satisfaction with the product and installation is a critical component of the Tuff Shed Brand. First, i had a very rude altercation with the operations manager Jared about a 300 dollar trip charge for Shed I paid over nine thousand dollars. Full context; i was advised to place the shed another area of my backyard and he stated, “If it is not installed today it comes back to the shop and you will be charged a 300 dollar trip charge”. This on a shed that has already been paid for. So, I tell them to install it and they dont have the right parts. Now i have a partially built shed overnight in the rain. Its their fault, so were is my compensation for their incompetence! So partially build the shed and he sends his top guys the next day, OMG!!! Take about shotty workmanship! Ive attched some pics of pegboard. It’s still not complete and it’s May 27th. Stay away from Tuff Shed.
