I had excellent service at Tom's Service center as I was in the process of buying a used car. They provided thorough assessments of a few vehicles I was interested in to stop me from buying cars that would cost more than they were worth in the long run. When I finally found a car they advised me on a few things that might need repaired down the road and assured me that there was nothing major that my untrained eyes were missing and ultimately assisted in me getting the best quality car within my budget. They were very convenient to work with and were willing to work with my schedule. I will definitely be returning to Tom's for any future needs with my car.

Really appreciated the service, honesty, and kindness of this repair shop. The owner and his wife were very kind to me and did what they could to get my current car in good shape to drive around until I can get into something nicer. They were very thorough and the price was extremely fair. In addition, they called back and followed up promptly when the repair was completed. Highly recommend!

Unprofessional. Said my car was still out of ailment and he said it was my tires. They are less then 6 months old and high quality. Way over charged me and for sub-par work. Belle Tire fixed the ailment and said the tires were fine. Tom's will never get another dime out of me. Sorry he got what he did.Service: Steering & suspension replacement

Bad and confusing experience. Wont be going back. Petty and bitter that I wanted to do my own brakes once it got to that point. LIED about the complexity of the job. Bad BAd BAd. One of those untrustworthy mechanics. DO NOT GO

I've never had a problem with Tom's. I once brought in a list of things to be done at a mileage point,(according to the manual) and Carl (owner) told me I didn't need all that and he would "save me some money". I've owned beaters for decades and have been to so many mechanics that I feel that I can tell who does good work and who can be trusted. I trust Tom's and plan to take my car there for a long time.
