Bought my 8th car from Kevin at the GR location last week. Kevin has always been professional with me. I am always completely satisfied with my purchase and this time was no different. The experience started off great. Stan was very helpful in the beginning and made my mom and I feel welcome. He knew what we wanted and stuck with it instead of trying to sell us on something we didn't want. I test drove the Encore and immediately knew that if the price was right, this was the car I wanted. When we came back from the test drive, we decided to get the process started. My mom and I were making calls to insurance and finalizing the decision. Finally, things were set in motion, and we were starting to wrap things up. We had been at the dealership all day. The last step was to sign the lease, so my mom and I were brought to Rosa's office. She was very kind and told us about this Worry-Free Lease that WAS NOT told to us in the beginning. I asked Stand two times if there were any additional fees or financial things I needed to know about and he said no, two times. Then, Rosa tells us that we need to pay $70 more a month to fully have the vehicle covered in case of any damages. The principle of the issue is that this should have been communicated to me before I signed papers. Before I agreed to anything, and especially when I specifically asked about any additional charges. I understand that everyone has a different way of doing business, but bamboozling your customers at the very end, when they've been there for hours and already agreed to a price is just wrong. Stan should have been more upfront and actually answered my questions when I asked them. Rosa was the best part of this entire interaction. She remained calm was kind and was also confused about why Stan did what he did. In the end everything was sorted out, but if you're going to market yourself as an honest and upfront company, then maybe you should practice actually being upfront with your customers. ESPECIALLY when they ask you about the all in cost of the product. Also, I had removed myself from the office for a few moments and upon my return there were three men gathering around Rosa's office listening in on the conversation. This just wasn't professional. I think that you need to do better at communicating with your clients upfront and work on having some professionalism among your staff. Again, Rosa was the best part of the whole day.

I scheduled an oil change and tire rotation, was asked to sign off on a $175 service visit after booking online for $80.
Was told by Mike that they have 'nothing like that' with a synthetic oil change and tire rotation. The attached photo is from their website and shows the $80 pricing. ?☕
Also had a very pushy 'window tech' who is allowed to hustle in the service bay try and get me to fix 'cracks' in my windshield that didn't exist. No idea why they let this guy run his scam in their building.
Between this bait & switch and a clunky purchase process when I initially bought my vehicle, I'm likely sticking with Betten GMC & Fox GMC in the future for work outside my warranty.
